    HEALTH

In this project we focus on both physical and mental health. Vital for the project are common research and the creative construction and discussion of action plans. In year 1 all schools do research on the main health problems of students. We will focus on health problems influenced by their behavior. Students of each school decide what will be the most important one of that list in their school. All schools design questionnaires about their topic for the partner schools. On the base of the result of these questionnaires, and by interviewing experts and studying literature, they design concrete activities to tackle the problem. These proposals will be discussed in a common students conference of all partner schools. In the second year we will focus on health careers in the different countries, and we will try to come to more overall school health action plans. What, according to our students, can be done within the school environment in terms of food, addictions, sports, stress diminishing activities, education etc. In that year we also try to organize the same activities in the partner schools promoting healthier life styles among the students.

  • Cook Book

The contents of this cook book have been formed from the contributions and ideas of all the partner schools, staff and students: some countries (Italy, Finland, Belgium, Germany) have provided traditional recipes; other countries (Poland, The Netherlands, Sweden, Spain) have prepared those dishes at school and taken photos of them; recipes and photos have been sent to the Polish school, which has collected all the material and designed it into a computer and paper book of recipes.
