Netzwerk für berufliche Bildung und Ausbildung in erneuerbaren Energien
Die EU will den Anteil erneuerbaren Technologien an der Energieproduktion erhöhen, Hierfür hat sie rechtlich verbindliche Zielevorgegeben. Sie beeinflussen die Energieindustrie ebenso wie kleine Unternehme: Erneuerbare Energien sind ein wachsender Industriezweig in Europa und Unternehmen suchen nach qualifiziertem Personal. Die Partnerschaft hat ein europäisches Qualifizierungsnetzwerk im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien entwickelt. Partner sind Berufsschulen, Fachhochschulen und zwei Forschungs- und Entwicklungsinstitute in Deutschland, Frankreich, Spanien, Großbritannien und der Türkei. Alle haben Erfahrungen in der Lehrlingsausbildung, in erneuerbaren Energien (Biogas, thermische Solarenergie, Brennstoffzellen, Wasserstofftechnologien) und in der Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Unternehmen. Die Partnerschaft hat Erfahrungen in der Ausbildung ausgetauscht und Module entwickelt, um Auszubildende aus anderen europäischen Ländern in erneuerbaren Energien zu qualifizieren. Die Module sind eine Zusatzqualifikation zur regulären Ausbildung. Sie sind in Anlehnung an ECVET beschrieben. Die Module werden durch Schulungsmaterial ergänzt. Zur Einführung in das Thema stellen wir Arbeitsblätter zur Verfügung und wir informieren über den Stand der Umsetzung erneuerbarer Energien in unseren Ländern und Regionen.

The EU has set itself legally binding targets to increase the contribution of renewable technologies to energy production. This has an influence on the energy industries as well as on small enterprises and encourages the implementation of new innovate projects and generates economic development. Thus the renewable energies industries represent a growing labour market in Europe. Enterprises are seeking qualified staff. The partnership has developed a European qualification network in the field of renewable energies. The partners are vocational training schools, colleges and two R&D institutions in Germany, France, Spain, Great Britain and Turkey. All have experiences in training apprentices in renewable energies such as biogas, thermal solar energy, fuel cells, hydrogen technologies and wind energy cooperating with regional enterprises. The partnership has shared training experiences and develop modules to train students from other European countries in renewable energies. The (extra-curricular) modules are an additional qualification to the regular training scheme of the user. They are accredited using the ECVET methodology. The modules are supported with training materials. To introduce RE we supply working materiel and we inform about the use of RE in our countries and region.

Yenilenebilir enerji eğitim ve öğretimi için mesleki eğitim ağı
Avrupa birliği enerji üretimi içinde yenilenebilir enerji teknolojilerinin payının artırılması yönünde çalışmalar yapmaktadır. Bu gelişmeler küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmeler kadar enerji üretim endüstrilerini de ekonomik gelişme üretmek amacıyla yeni ve inovatif projeler üretmeye teşvik etmektedir. Böylece yenilenebilir enerji endüstrisi Avrupada gelişen bir endüstri haline gelmiştir. Bu tip kuruluşlar nitelikli eleman arayışı içindedir. Bu ortaklık projesi yenilenebilir enerji alanında avrupada mesleki eğitim ağı oluşturulmasını hedeflemektedir. Proje ortakları Türkiye, İngiltere, İspanya, Fransa ve Almanya'dan, mesleki eğitim okulları, kolejler ve iki adet ar-ge enstitüsünden oluşmaktadır. Tüm ortakların biyogaz, termal güneş enerjisi, yakıt pilleri, hidrojen teknolojileri ve rüzgar enerjisi gibi yenilenebilir enerji alanlarında bölgesel şirketlerle birlikte eğitim deneyimleri bulunmaktadır. Ortaklar proje kapsamında yenilenebilir enerji alanında diğer Avrupa ülkelerindeki öğrencilerin eğitimi için modüllerin geliştirilmesi ve iyi örneklerin paylaşılması için bir araya gelmiştir. Geliştirilen eğitim modülleri, bölgesel şirketlerin ihtiyaçlarına hizmet ederek kullanıcıların eğitim düzenlemelerine ilave bir yeterlilik ekleyecektir. Bunlar avrupa birliği mesleki eğitim kalite metodolojisini akredite ederek ortak ülkelerde resmi kurumlar tarafından sertifikalandırılacaktır. Geliştirilen modüller, aynı zamanda eğitim materyalleri tarafından desteklenmekte ve yenilenebilir enerji alanında avrupa mesleki eğitim yeterlilikleri çerçevesi için çekirdek bir müfredat oluşturmaktadır. Ayrıca modüllerin dışında her bir ortak diğer ortak ülkelerden öğrenci misafir etmek üzere bir yapı geliştirmektedir. Böylece oluşturulan bu ağ sadece yenilenebilir enerji alanında yeterlilik kavramları oluşturmanın yanında stajyer öğrencilere ev sahipliği yapmak üzere bir yapı oluşturmaktadır. Projenin hedef grupları ise mesleki eğitimdeki genç insanlardır.

Red para la formación profesional en energías renovables
La UE ha establecido objetivos de obligado cumplimiento para incrementar la contribución de las energías renovables en la producción energética. Esto influye tanto en las empresas energéticas como en las pequeñas compañías, fomentando la implementación de nuevos proyectos innovadores y generando desarrollo económico. Por tanto las energías renovables representan un creciente mercado laboral en Europa. Las empresas necesitan personal cualificado. La asociación ha desarrollado una red europea de cualificaciones en el ámbito de las energías renovables. Los socios son centros de formación profesional, universidad y dos centros de I+D de Alemania, Francia, España, Gran Bretaña y Turquía. Todos los socios tiene experiencia en formación en energías renovables como el biogas, la energía solar térmica, pilas de combustible, tecnologías del hidrógeno y energía eólica ccoperando con empresas regionales y locales. La asociación ha compartido sus experiencias de formación y ha desarrollado módulos de formación en energías renovables para estudiantes de otros países europeos. Los módulos extracurriculares suponen una cualificación adicional a los programas oficiales en los que participa cada alumno. Se acreditan utilizando la metodología ECVET. Los módulos se desarrollan en diferentes materiales de aprendizaje. Para la introducción de las energías renovables se proporciona información sobre los usos de cada energía en los diferentes países y regiones.
Partenariat pour l'enseignement des énergies renouvelables en formation professionnelle
L’Union Européenne s’est donné comme objectifs d’accroitre la contribution des technologies renouvelables à la production d’énergie. Ceci a une influence sur les entreprises en énergie ainsi que sur les petites entreprises et encourage la création de nouveaux projets innovants tout en générant un développement économique. Ainsi, les industries en énergies renouvelables représentent un marché du travail en progression à travers l’Europe. Les entreprises cherchent du personnel qualifié. Notre partenariat a pour but de développer un réseau européen de qualifications dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables. Les partenaires sont des lycées professionnels, des universités et deux institutions en recherche et développement situés en Allemagne, France, Espagne, Grande-Bretagne et Italie. Tous ces établissements ont l’expérience de la formation d’apprentis dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables (biogas , énergie solaire, l’hydrogène et énergie éolienne) tout en coopérant avec des entreprises régionales. Ces partenaires partagent leurs expériences de pratiques d’enseignement et développent des modules pour former des étudiants d’autres pays européens en énergies renouvelables. Les modules (complément de programme) donneront une qualification supplémentaire aux étudiants qui suivent cette formation et répondront aux besoins des entreprises régionales. Ils seront accrédités via la méthodologie ECVET et certifiés par les administrations dans chaque pays partenaire. Les modules offriront tout le matériel nécessaire pour la formation et constitueront le cœur d’un programme de qualification professionnelle en énergies renouvelables à l’échelon européen. En complément des modules, chaque partenaire développe une structure d’accueil pour les apprenants des pays partenaires. Ainsi, le réseau fournira une qualification dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables mais aussi une structure d’accueil pour les jeunes apprentis, cœur de cible de la formation professionnelle

Cela a une influence sur les industries de l'énergie ainsi que sur les petites entreprises et encourage la mise en œuvre de nouveaux projets innovants et génère le développement économique. Ainsi, les industries des énergies renouvelables représentent un marché de l'emploi croissant en Europe. Les entreprises sont à la recherche de personnel qualifié. Le projet a permis de développer un réseau européen de qualifications dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables. Les partenaires sont des centres de formation professionnelle, des lycées professionnels et deux institutions de R & D en Allemagne, France, Espagne, Grande-Bretagne et la Turquie. Tous ont des expériences dans la formation d'apprentis et d'étudiants dans les énergies renouvelables telles que le biogaz, l'énergie solaire thermique, les piles à combustible, les technologies de l'hydrogène et l'énergie éolienne en coopérant avec des entreprises régionales. Le partenariat a partagé des expériences de formation et développé des modules pour former les étudiants d'autres pays européens dans les énergies renouvelables. Les modules (extra-scolaires) proposés sont une offre de qualification supplémentaire du régime classique de formation . Ils sont accrédités selon la méthodologie de l'ECVET. Les modules sont proposés en prenant en compte les équipements de formation nécessaires. Pour sensibiliser aux énergies renouvelables les apprenants, le site du projet fournit également des contenus pédagogiques sur les différentes énergies renouvelables dans nos pays et de la région.

Esto tiene influencias en las industrias energéticas, así como en pequeñas empresas relacionadas con la implementación de proyectos innovadores y el desarrollo económico. Estas empresas relacionadas con las energías renovables representan un creciente mercado laboral en Europa. Y estas empresas requieren de personal cualificado. La asociación ha desarrollado una red de cualificación europea en el campo de las energías renovables. Los socios son escuelas de formación profesional, facultados y dos centros de I+D de Alemania, Francia, España, Reino Unido y Turquía. Todos tienen experiencias en la formación de aprendices en energías renovables, como el biogás, la energía solar térmica, las pilas de combustible, las tecnologías del hidrógeno y la energía eólica, cooperando con empresas locales.
