Проектът 'Quality Assessment Training' (QATrain) - е продължение на 'ISQALE' Grundtvig (Подобряване на стандартите за качество на чуждоезиковото обучение за възрастни). Основните му цели бяха да разшири използването на Схемата с критерии за подобряване на качеството, изработена и експериментирана от предишния проект в нови страни и образователни контексти и да гарантира дългосрочна устойчивост на нейното приложение чрез изработване на подробни указания за извършване на вътрешна и външна оценка на качеството. За постигането на тези цели, на първо място Схемата се прецизира терминологично и се синхронизира с последните постижения и документи на Европейската езикова политика, ориентирана към качествено езиково обучение (комуникативната езикова компетентност залегнала в CEFR , European Profiling Grid, Core Inventorу). На второ място проектът QATrain използва активно положителния опит на партньорите, резултатите и оценките от прилагането на Схемата, и определи набор от минимални критерии, които трбва да се покрият от образователни чуждоезикови институции в частния и държавен сектор. Съществуването на минимални критерии ще позволи по-бързото интегриране на нови училища към изискванията за качество, а разширените критерии ще бъдат основа за определяне на области на отличие. На трето място основните услия на партньорите от QATrain бяха насочени към изработване на детайлни процедури за вътрешна и външна оценка на качеството, с акцент върху уменията за учене през целия живот. Това включи целенасочена работа в съставянето на "Ръководство за провеждане на вътрешна оценка", както и отделно "Ръководство за провеждане на външно оценяване". На следващо място партньорите изработиха подробен набор от изисквания за квалификацията и компетенциите на оценителя на качествено чуждоезиково обучение. На последно, но не по важност място, проектът предлага програма за обучение на оценители, която включва система от тестове и набор от лекции и уъркшопи.
Quality Assessment Training' (QATrain) Project was conceived as a follow-up to the ISQALE (Improving Standards of Quality in Adult Language Education) Grundtvig Project. Its main aims were to consolidate and extend the implementation of the Scheme with criteria for improving quality in adult language education (the product of the previous project) in new countries and educational contexts and to guarantee the sustainability of its implementation through developing detailed guidelines for conducting internal and external assessment. To achieve these aims QATrain firstly refined the terminology in the Quality Improvement Scheme and synchronized it with the latest developments and documents of the European language policy (e.g. communicative language competence in CEFR, The European Profiling Grid for language educators (EPG), the Core Inventory). Secondly, 'QATrain' actively utilized the partners' professional expertise, the results and evaluation of the 'ISQALE' implementation process to determine the minimum standards which have to met by educational institutions in the private and state sector in order to obtain the quality label. A set of minimum standards will allow a quicker process of integrating new schools into the quality network, whereas the extended criteria in the Scheme will serve as a basis for awarding areas of excellence. Thirdly, the joint efforts of the partners were directed mainly towards developing detailed procedures for internal and external assessment of quality with a focus on lifelong learning skills. This involved targeted teamwork for designing "Guidelines for Conducting Internal Assessment" and as a separate product "Guidelines for Conducting External Assessment". Further on, the partnership developed a list of requirements concerning the qualifications and competencies of the quality language assessor. Last but not least, the project worked out a training programme for assessors containing a system of lectures and workshops.
Ovo obrazovno partnerstvo - Quality Assessment Training (QATrain) – zamišljeno je kao nastavak Grundtvig projekta ISQALE (Improving Standards of Quality in Adult Language Education/Poboljšanje standarda kvalitete u jezičnom obrazovanju odraslih). Glavni ciljevi su olakšati, konsolidirati i proširiti primjenu Sustava poboljšanja kvalitete u jezičnom obrazovanju odraslih kako bi se osigurala dugoročna održivost i postojanost procesa. Da bi postiglo ove ciljeve, partnerstvo će doraditi Sustav poboljšanja kvalitete (Quality Improvement Scheme) razrađen tijekom projekta ISQALE, prilagođavajući ga različitim kontekstima obrazovanja odraslih i specifičnim potrebama koje su utvrđene u fazi pilotiranja. Projekt QATrain temeljit će se na profesionalnoj stručnosti partnera i pozitivnim ishodima projekta ISQALE uz nastojanje da se oni usklade s najnovijim dostignućima u europskoj jezičnoj praksi te europskim dokumentima i projektima koji su usmjereni na kvalitetu (npr. ZEROJ (CEFR) i EJM (ELP) za jezične polaznike, Europska tablica nastavničkih profila (European Profiling Grid - EPG) za nastavnike jezika, NELLIP s naglaskom na kvaliteti projekta). Da bi se postigli predloženi ciljevi, QATrain će biti ustrojen po etapama i slojevima kako bi se razvile detaljne procedure za internu i eksternu procjenu kvalitete s fokusom na vještinama cjeloživotnog učenja. To će uključivati ciljano umrežavanje radi širenja i diverzificiranja kolektivne stručnosti, razvijanja smjernica za interne procese poboljšanja kvalitete (Guidelines for internal quality improvement processes), uključivanja eksternih stručnjaka u pripremu eksternog osiguranja kvalitete, kao i razvijanja i organiziranja stručnog usavršavanja usmjerenog na kvalitetu za procjenjivače i multiplikatore kako bi se osigurala koherentnost i održivost procesa provedbe i na lokalnoj i na međunarodnoj razini.

La asociación de aprendizaje 'Quality Assessment Training' (QATrain) está concebida para dar continuidad al proyecto Grundtvig Improving Standards of Quality in Adult Language Education (ISQALE). El principal objetivo de este proyecto ha sido el de revisar y mejorar el Scheme for Internal and External Assessment, desarrollado en el proyecto Grundtvig ISQALE. Se han desarrollado procedimientos detallados para su aplicación en colaboración con todas las instituciones que forman parte de la asociación. El proyecto QATrain también ha buscado contribuir a la formación y al desarrollo profesional de asesores expertos que utilicen el Scheme para procesos de evaluación externa de instituciones de enseñanza de lenguas tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. El objetivo último perseguido ha sido el de fortalecer y mejorar la calidad de los proveedores de lenguas extranjeras y desarrollar la gestión de enseñanza de lenguas para adjuntos en los países participantes. La colaboración conjunta ha dado como fruto el desarrollo de un sistema de garantía de la calidad más perfeccionado que implicara: Mejorar el Quality Improvement Scheme integrando las directrices europeas de política lingüística con los documentos de EAQUALS y del British Council (CEFR, EPG, Core Inventory) con el fin de identificar áreas de mejora en la enseñanza de lenguas extranjeras para adultos y detectar posibles disfunciones resultantes de dicha política lingüística. Difundir los resultados del proyecto y compartir la experiencia profesional del proyecto Grundtvig ISQALE con las organizaciones participantes en lo relativo al ámbito de la calidad en la enseñanza/el aprendizaje de lenguas extranjeras. Adaptar el ISQALE Scheme a contextos específicos de educación de adultos. Se ha intercambiado experiencia profesional para desarrollar procedimientos de calidad para la auditoría interna y externa, así como para desarrollar formación de asesores en materia de lenguas extranjeras.
Questo partenariato di apprendimento - 'Training per Valutazione della Qualità' (QATrain) - è concepito come un follow-up al ISQALE (miglioramento degli standard di qualità in lingua per adulti Istruzione) Grundtvig Project. I principali obiettivi sono di facilitare, consolidare ed estendere l'applicazione del miglioramento della qualità della formazione linguistica degli adulti, al fine di garantire la sostenibilità a lungo termine e la robustezza dei processi. Per raggiungere questi obiettivi, sarà perfezionare il sistema di Quality Improvement sviluppata attraverso ISQALE, adattandolo a diversi contesti di educazione degli adulti e di soddisfare le esigenze specifiche individuate in fase di pilotaggio. Il progetto 'QATrain' si baserà sul 'esperienza professionale e risultati positivi di' partner ISQALE ', cercando nel contempo di sincronizzare questi con i più recenti sviluppi della politica linguistica europea, documenti e progetti orientata alla qualità a livello europeo (ad esempio QCER e ELP per studenti di lingue, europea Profiling griglia per gli educatori di lingua (EPG), NELLIP puntando sulla qualità del progetto). Per conseguire gli obiettivi proposti, QATrain sarà strutturato in fasi e livelli, in modo da sviluppare procedure dettagliate per la valutazione interna ed esterna della qualità con una particolare attenzione alla capacità di apprendimento permanente. Ciò comporterà networking mirato per estendere e diversificare il pool di competenze, lo sviluppo di linee guida per processi di miglioramento della qualità interna, coinvolgendo esperti esterni, in preparazione per la garanzia della qualità esterna, così come lo sviluppo e l'organizzazione della formazione di qualità-oriented per valutatori e moltiplicatori, al fine di garantire la la coerenza e la sostenibilità dei processi di attuazione sia a livello locale che internazionale.
