Project TPT (Training Parents and Teachers) is developed to support the parents of the pupils with mental disabilities and their teachers for refreshment. These families are likely to face with difficulties in terms of psychological, economical, educational situation, way of life, sociocultural activities, family and society attitude, and level of disability. Moreover, the researches demonstrated that compared to other teachers,SEN teachers are proved to be closer to the risk of losing motivation and energy, even "burnout syndrome". When parents and teachers are supported by proper strategies and approaches and when they cooperate with each other SEN pupils are more likely to be integrated into society they live. By considering these facts, this project will offer those who have disabled children and those who are working as SEN teachers special workshops on communication and cooperation, strategies and advice, legislations of social rights, examples of good practices developed so far. The cooperation and exchange of experiences and good practices among partners from different European countries with different perspectives and roles will lead to a common European awareness towards SEN issue. The website will include materials for people who need to apply the outputs and the website forum will gather the people with difficulty and those who can give advise; workshop materials and visual samples; digital booklet of good examples; and short movies will be available on the project website by wider lifelong learning community. A performance-based activity will foster the collaboration, communication and sense of teamwork among parents, pupils, teachers. Short movie on "a day of a Disabled person”or“Being parent of a SEN pupil" will create empathy in the community.
