Choosing the right career path is one of the most difficult issues that a young person encounters in their life. Thus it is essential to create a project which will help them while taking decisions for their future. The main aims of the project will be to support students’ decision making process as well as preparing their career and personal development plans. Furthermore, we would like to equip them with the skills necessary when applying for a job. This project will also foster the self esteem of the students while taking their life decisions. In order to be able to match today’s job market expectations with numerous international companies teenagers need to become open to cooperation with people of different nationalities. This is why it is vital to establish multicultural school partnerships which will increase their awareness of cultural diversity, promote the importance of language development as well as widen their general knowledge of European countries and their realities. Our project will gather dozens of teachers, hundreds of students and families from different corners of Europe so as to create an educational environment and strong multinational bond. We strongly believe that intercultural cooperation will take some of the prejudices away. Every country will work on the same activities the outcomes of which will be shared on the project website as well as discussed and compared during the online conferences or presentations. Other planned activities involving the usage of English include email exchange; creating multimedia presentations and personal online chats. Moreover the students will have opportunities to use English during the students exchange when staying with their host families.

Doğru bir meslek yolu seçmek genç bir kişinin hayatboyunca karşılaşacağı en zor konulardandır.Buyüzden gelecekle ilgili kararlar alıken onlara yardım etmek için bir proje hazırlamak çok önemlidir.Projenin ana amacı karar verme sürecinde ve kendilerine bir kariyer yolu seçerken destek olmaktır.Dahası,onları bir işe başvururken gerekli becerilerle donatmaktır.Bu proje hayatlarını etkileyecek kararlar alırken öğrencilerin kendilerine olan güven ve saygısını artırmaktır. Günümüz iş dünyasının çok sayıda uluslararası şirketlerinin beklentilerini karşılayabilmek için gençlerin farklı uluslarla işbirliğine açık olmaları gerekir.Bundan dolayı gençlerin kültürel çeşitliğe,dil becerilerini geliştirmelerine ve Avrupa ve onun gerçeğine katkıda bulunacak çok kültürlü bir okul ortaklığı kurmak çok önemlidir.Projemiz Avrupanın değişik yerlerinden onlarca öğretmen,yüzlerce öğrenci ve aileyi bir eğitim ortamı ve güçlü çokuluslu bağı kurmak için bir araya toplamıştır.Kültürlerarası işbirliğinin ön yargıları yıktığına inanıyoruz. Herbir ortak aynı etkinlik ürünleri üzerinde eşit çalışmış ve ürünler projenin web sayfasında yayınlanmış,sunumlar yapılmış ve tartışılmıştır.Diğer planlanmış etkinlikler arasında İngilizcenin yabancı dil olarak kullanımı,email arkadaşlığı,multimedya sunumları bulunmaktadır.Öğrenciler ziyaretlerde yabancı dil kullanma ve kültürleri tanıma fırsatı bulmuşlardır.

Wybór właściwej drogi zawodowej jest jednym z najtrudniejszych momentów w życiu młodego człowieka. Dlatego też ważne jest aby stworzyć projekt, który pomoże naszym uczniom w podejmowaniu świadomych decyzji dotyczących ich przyszłości. Ponadto dzięki temu projektowi uczniowie będą mogli utworzyć plan rozwoju osobistego i zawodowego (np. wybór dalszej ścieżki edukacyjnej pod kątem przyszłej pracy). Co więcej chcemy, aby uczniowie biorący udział w projekcie, nabyli umiejętności potrzebne im podczas ubiegania się o pracę, a także podnieśli swoją samoocenę, która pomoże im w podejmowaniu przyszłych życiowych decyzji. Obecny rynek pracy wymaga od przyszłego pracownika otwartości na współpracę z osobami różnych narodowości. Dlatego też ważne jest stworzenie wielokulturowego partnerstwa szkół, które zwiększy ich świadomość różnic kulturowych, podkreśli ważność znajomości języków obcych oraz poszerzy ich wiedzę na temat realiów życia krajów europejskich. Nasz projekt połączy wielu nauczycieli i uczniów oraz ich rodziny z różnych zakątków Europy, a tym samym stworzy międzynarodową więź i zaplecze edukacyjne. Wierzymy również, że ta współpraca pomoże pozbyć się istniejących uprzedzeń. Każdy z krajów partnerskich będzie przeprowadzał takie same działania w obrębie swojej szkoły, wyniki których będą omawiane (np. podczas video konferencji, drogą mailową) a następnie umieszczane na stronie internetowej projektu. W trakcie trwania projektu, młodzież i nauczyciele będą starali się używać języka angielskiego podczas korespondencji mailowej, tworzenia prezentacji multimedialnych, a także podczas rozmów online. Największą atrakcją projektu dla uczniów są zaplanowane wyjazdy zagraniczne, podczas których uczniowie będą przebywać u rodzin krajów goszczących. Wizyty te pomogą uczniom poznać zwyczaje, nawiązać nowe międzynarodowe przyjaźnie, a ponadto dadzą możliwość komunikowania się w języku angielskim.

Escoger los estudios adecuados es una de las decisiones más difíciles que debe tomar un joven a lo largo de su vida. Por lo tanto, considerábamos importante un proyecto que planteara ayudarles a tomar estas determinaciones en relación a su futuro. Los objetivos principales del proyecto implicaban apoyar y ayudar a los alumnos a preparar sus proyectos de estudios futuros. Y, al mismo tiempo, formarles con las habilidades necesarias para solicitar un trabajo. El proyecto pretendía asimismo fomentar la autoestima de los alumnos y la confianza en sí mismos en el proceso de tomar decisiones. Con el fin de poder estar a la altura de las expectativas que depositan en un candidato las grandes compañías internacionales, un adolescente necesita aprender a cooperar con gente de distintas nacionalidades. Éste es el motivo por el cual nos planteamos que establecer una asociación escolar multicultural les ayudaría a aumentar su percepción de la diversidad cultural, promover la importancia del desarrollo del lenguaje y ampliar su conocimiento de los países europeos y la realidad particular de cada uno de ellos. Nuestro proyecto ha reunido docenas de profesores, cientos de alumnos y familias de diferentes partes de Europa para conseguir crear un entorno educacional y fuertes lazos multinacionales. Estamos profundamente convencidos que esta cooperación intercultural ha permitido acabar con algunos de los prejuicios culturales existentes actualmente. Cada país ha trabajado las mismas actividades, los resultados se han compartido en la web del proyecto y también se han discutido y compartido en las conferencias en línea y en las presentaciones orales realizadas por los alumnos. Otras actividades que han implicado el uso del idioma inglés han sido: intercambio de correos electrónicos, presentaciones multimedia y chats personales en línea. Cabe añadir que los alumnos han tenido la oportunidad de practicar el idioma inglés con las familias de acogida en los intercambios realizados.

Affrontare la scelta del più adeguato percorso di carriera è uno dei problemi più difficili per i giovani. Pertanto è essenziale creare un progetto che li aiuti a decidere del proprio futuro. Il progetto si proporrà di aiutare gli studenti nella fase decisionale,di sviluppare un vero e proprio piano formativo oltre a dare loro le abilità necessarie per la ricerca del lavoro. Questo progetto rafforzerà la loro autostima nel prendere decisioni importanti per la loro vita. Al fine di soddisfare le attese dell' odierno mercato del lavoro gli studenti necessitano di essere aperti alla cooperazione internazionale. E' vitale pertanto stabilire rapporti multiculturali che aumentino la consapevolezza della diversità culturale,promuovano l' importanza dell'Inglese come lingua veicolare, allarghino la conoscenza delle varie realtà europee. Il nostro progetto metterà insieme dozzine di insegnanti, centinaia di studenti e famiglie di tutta Europa così da creare un forte legame educativo multinazionale. Crediamo fortemente che la cooperazione interculturale possa eliminare alcuni pregiudizi. Ogni Paese lavorerà sulle stesse attività i cui risultati saranno condivisi sul website del progetto oltre che discussi e confrontati durante le conferenze on-line o presentazioni. Inoltre gli studenti avranno l' opportunità di usare la lingua Inglese durante le visite di progetto presso le famiglie ospiti.
