With this project, we want to discover the most creative ways of finding a job. During the project, we will use the techniques of writing resumes and cover letters and the techniques of creating E-portfolio. We will do mock-up job interviews, in the native and English language, in compliance with all rules, even the dress codes and interviews follow – up activities. The students will perform the necessary action plans to achieve goals, they will practice how to control emotions during the interviews, will design and run an own career management process. We want to find the latest changes in the fields of work legislation, retirement age rights and obligations of unemployed in Europe, as well as the living conditions (housing, transportation, business culture, customs) to take the best decisions. We want to prepare films showing the job interviews, business dinners, an exhibition of photos from the training periods. We are going to publish booklets presenting our work. All our findings will be published in a E-guide that will be useful for everyone who is looking for a job. Both the students and teachers of the participating schools will benefit from the project. Students will not only become aware of the links between school and the world of work but also of the many options Europe offers them taking into account mobility, Life Long Learning and flexibility which are key factors nowadays to become an active European citizen. Teachers will enrich their teaching methods, will use more and more ICT and foreign languages and their role will change from teacher to coach. And finally, showing them these options regardless their culture and background, it’s a way to prevent them from leaving school early.
In cadrul proiectului s-au utilizat cele mai creative metode, pentru gasirea unui loc de munca. Elevii au redactat scrisori de intentie, CV-uri si au utilizat aplicatia web Mahara, pentru realizarea E-portofoliilor. S-au simulat interviuri, cu respectarea tuturor regulilor de realizare a acestora, chiar si cel legat de tinuta. Pentru atingerea obiectivelor, elevii au participat la activitati, invatand sa-si controleze emotiile. Au proiectat si au aplicat propriul proces de management al carierei. S-a studiat legislatia muncii, modificarile privind varsta de pensionare, drepturile si obligatiile angajatilor, angajatorilor,somerilor, precum si conditiile de trai ( cheltuieli de intretinere, cheltuieli de transport, hrana,etc.), astfel incat, la alegerea unui loc de munca in UE, sa poata face cele mai bune alegeri. Elevii au scris scenarii, regizat si interpretat, interviuri pentru angajare, precum si o cina de afaceri. S-a realizat un ghid on-line, cu informatii utile pentru persoanele care sunt in cautarea unui loc de munca in Romania sau intr-o tara participanta in proiect. Consideram, ca acest proiect a fost benefic atat pentru elevi, cat si pentru profesori. Elevii au devenit constientienti de faptul , ca pregatindu-se mai bine au mai multe sanse pe piata muncii, ca pregatirea lor trebuie sa se faca pe tot parcursul vietii. Profesorii si-au dezvoltat si imbunatatit abilitatile de utilizare a unei limbi straine, de utilizare a ICT, si-au imbunatatit metodele de predare, concentrandu-se mai mult pe indrumarea si consilierea elevilor. Unul din rolurile proiectului a fost si acela de a preveni abandonul scolar.
Grâce à ce projet, nous avons découvert les façons les plus créatives de trouver un emploi. Pour ce faire, nous avons utilisé les techniques connues pour écrire des CVs et des lettres de motivation et les techniques pour créer un e-portfolio. Nous avons fait des simulations d’entretiens d’embauche en langue maternelle et en anglais en respectant les règles, que ce soit pour l’habillement ou l’entretien en lui-même. Les élèves ont fait le nécessaire pour atteindre leurs buts, ils ont appris à contrôler leurs émotions pendant les entretiens et ont dû concevoir et exécuter un processus de gestion de carrière. Nous avons trouvé les derniers changements dans les domaines de la législation du travail, les droits des retraités, les obligations des chômeurs en Europe mais aussi les conditions de vie (l’habitation, les transports, la culture d’entreprise, les habitudes) afin de prendre les meilleures décisions. Nous avons préparé des petits films montrant les entretiens d’embauche, les dîners d’affaires, une exposition photos montrant les élèves en stage. Nous avons crée un e-guide utile à toute personne en recherche d’emploi. Elèves comme professeurs participants au projet ont tiré profit de ce dernier. Non seulement les élèves se sont rendus compte des liens existant entre les établissements scolaires et le monde du travail mais aussi des différentes options que l’Europe leur offre en tenant compte de la mobilité, de la formation continue et de la flexibilité qui sont aujourd’hui les atouts majeurs pour devenir un citoyen européen actif. Les professeurs ont enrichi leurs méthodes de travail, ont utilisé de plus en plus les TIC et les langues étrangères et ils sont devenus plus coach que professeur. Finalement, le but est d'empêcher les élèves de quitter l'école trop tôt en leur montrant toutes ces options qui s'offrent à eux, sans tenir compte de leurs cultures et de leurs origines.
Mit diesem Projekt haben wir die besten Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt, einen Arbeitsplatz zu finden. In dem Projekt haben die Schülerinnen und Schüler zunächst einen Lebenslauf und ein Bewerbungsschreiben verfasst und Techniken erlernt um ein ePortfolio zu erstellen. Durch Rollenspiele wurden Bewerbungsgespräche trainiert in der Muttersprache und Englisch. Dabei wurden alle Regeln, die es zu beachten gibt, eingehalten: Kleiderordnung und das eigentliche Vorstellungsgespräch. Die SuS haben alles Notwendige getan um ihre Ziele zu erreichen; sie haben gelernt, ihre Emotionen zu kontrollieren während des Einstellungsgesprächs und können nun ihre eigene Karriere selbständig planen. Wir haben die neusten Änderungen recherchiert im Arbeitsrecht, Renteneintritt, Arbeitslosenunterstützung und Lebensbedingungen (Wohnen, Transportmöglichkeiten, Geschäftsleben, Sitten und Gebräuche), um die bestmöglichen Entscheidungen zu treffen. Von den Einstellungsgesprächen sowie den Geschäftsessen haben wir Videos erstellt und Fotos der Praktika in einer Ausstellung gezeigt. All diese Ergebnisse sind in einem eBooklet zusammengefasst, das sehr nützlich ist für Arbeitssuchende. SuS und Lehrkräfte der beteiligten Schulen haben von dem Projekt profitiert. Die SuS erkannten die Verbindung zwischen Schule und Arbeitswelt. Ihnen wurde durch das Projekt bewusst, wie viele Chancen Europa bietet. Sie lernten, dass Mobilität, lebenslanges Lernen und Flexibilität heutzutage Schlüsselfaktoren für den aktiven Bürger Europas sind. Die Lehrkräfte konnten ihre Unterrichtsmethoden verbessern indem sie moderne Technologien und Fremdsprachen nutzten. Ihre Rolle änderte sich vom Lehrer zum Lernbegleiter. Durch das Projekt soll die Zahl der Schulabbrecher verringert werden.

Met dit project willen we de meest creatieve manieren om een baan te vinden verkennen. Tijdens het project worden cv's en sollicitatiebrieven geschreven en E-portfolio gemaakt. We voeren sollicitatiegesprekken, in de moedertaal en de Engelse taal, in overeenstemming met alle hiervoor geldende regels, zo ook de dress-codes . De studenten zullen de acties die nodig zijn om hun doelen te bereiken uitvoeren, zullen ze leren hoe emoties te beheersen tijdens de interviews. We willen de laatste wijzigingen op het gebied van werk wetgeving, rechten en plichten van de werklozen in Europa, evenals de levensomstandigheden opzoeken om de beste beslissingen te nemen. We maken films over sollicitatiegesprekken, zakendiners, We publiceren folders van ons werk. Al onze bevindingen zullen worden gepubliceerd in een E-gids die nuttig kan zijn voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een baan. Zowel de studenten en docenten van de deelnemende scholen zullen profiteren van het project. Studenten zullen zich niet alleen bewust worden van de banden tussen school en de wereld van het werk, maar ook van de vele opties die Europa hen biedt, rekening houdend met de mobiliteit, het Leven Lang Leren en de flexibiliteit : belangrijke factoren om een actief Europees burger te worden. Leerkrachten zullen hun lesmethoden verrijken, zullen meer en meer gebruik maken van ICT en vreemde talen en hun rol verandert van docent naar coach. En tenslotte, het laten zien van deze opties, ongeacht hun cultuur en achtergrond, kan een manier zijn om te voorkomen dat studenten vroegtijdig de school verlaten.
Bu proje ile iş bulmada en yaratıcı yöntemleri keşfetmeyi diliyoruz. Proje süresince özgeçmiş ve kapak mektubu yazma ve e-portföy oluşturma tekniklerini kullanacağız. Türkçe ve İngilizce olmak üzere giyim kuralları gibi gerçek yaşamda uygulanan tüm kuralları içeren iş görüşmeleri uygulaması gerçekleştireceğiz. Öğrenciler belirlenen amaçlara ulaşmak için gerekli eylemleri gerçekleştirecekler, görüşmeler esnasında duygularını kontrol etmeyi öğrenecek, kendi kariyer yönetim süreçlerini tasarlayacak ve yönlendirecektir. En iyi kararları verebilmek için Avrupa’da yaşam koşullarının (ev bulma, ulaşım, iş kültürü, dolaşım) yanında işsiz nüfus için olanaklar, emeklilik hakları ve çalışma mevzuatı alanındaki son değişiklikleri anlamaya çalışacağız. İş görüşmeleri ve iş yemeklerini içeren filmler çekmek, staj dönemleri gösteren fotoğraflar yayınlamak istiyoruz. Yaptığımız çalışmaları sunan bir broşür yayınlayacağız. Yapılan çalışmaların tüm sonuçları iş arayan herkes için yararlı olabilecek bir e-rehber olarak yayınlanacaktır. Projeye katılan okulların hem öğrencileri hem öğretmenleri projeden faydalanabilecektir. Öğrenciler iş hayatı ile okul arasındaki bağlantının farkına varmanın dışında Avrupa vatandaşı olmanın anahtar etkenlerinden hareketlilik, yaşam boyu öğrenme, esneklik konusunda bilgi sahibi olacaklardır. Öğretmenler öğretim tekniklerini zenginleştirecekler, daha fazla bilişim teknolojileri ve yabancı dil kullanacaklar, rollerini öğretmenden rehbere doğru yönlendireceklerdir. Son olarak, sahip olduğu kültür ve sosyal çevreden bağımsız olarak bu seçenekler sunulduğunda öğrencilerin okulu tamamlamadan ayrılmasına bir önlem olacakatır.
Door dit project willen we de leerlingen een eerste keer laten kennismaken met de arbeidsmarkt in hun omgeving (en Europa). Tijdes het project scherpen we verschillende vaardigheden aan waarbij de leerlinge o.a. solliciatiebrieven, CV's ... schrijven. Daarnaast stellen we samen een e-portfolio op (Mahara).
Il progetto ha dato l'opportunità di scoprire, in modo creativo, le varie procedure necessarie all'acquisizione di un posto di lavoro. Durante le attività progettuali gli alunni sono stati guidati a comporre CV, lettere d'assunzione e ad apprendere tecniche necessarie alla creazione di un E-portfolio; inoltre, sono state attuate , sia in lingua madre che in inglese, simulazioni di colloqui di lavoro, quanto più realistici, prestando particolare cura ai codici comportamentali e all'abbigliamento adeguato alla circostanza ed infine si è posta l'attenzione alle attività connesse alla fase successiva al colloquio. Gli studenti sono stati in grado di attuare la programmazione necessaria per conseguire gli obiettivi, imparando a gestire le proprie emozioni durante il colloquio di lavoro e ad acquisire autonomamente le procedure necessarie al loro futuro professionale. Sono state approfondite le recenti norme legislative del lavoro, pensionamento, i diritti e doveri del lavoratore nei paesi della comunità europea, come pure è stato analizzato il costo della vita utilizzando le seguenti voci: casa, trasporto, imprese commerciali e società industriali per approfondire le conoscenze delle potenzialità occupazionali e facilitare le loro scelte. Sono stati prodotti film che presentano colloqui, pranzi di lavoro e foto relative ai periodi di tirocinio. E' stata prodotta una 'E guide' utile alla ricerca di un'occupazione. Il progetto ha avuto una valenza positiva sia per gli studenti che per gli insegnanti. Gli studenti sono più consapevoli dello stretto legame tra il mondo del lavoro e la scuola e delle molteplici possibilità offerte dalla comunità europea: mobilità del programma LLP e flessibilità, fattori chiave nel mondo attuale e necessari per diventare cittadini europei attivi. Gli insegnanti hanno ampliato i loro metodi di insegnamento, le proprie competenze digitali e linguistiche e il loro ruolo è cambiato da insegnante ad istruttore.
