The main goal of the project was to improve the methods of teaching people 50+, based on proven methods of education in Europe and active aging. As a result of long-term cooperation, we have developed new programs and proposals for teachers, trainers and staff of non-governmental organizations and public institutions, providing informal education for senior citizens. The materials contain issues concerning the different ways to motivate senior citizens to learn, organize volunteering in 50+ group and use ICT in elderly teaching and can be used also by senior citizens themselves, volunteers and local community animators. In the process of creating these materials we used the knowledge and experience of senior listeners who shared with us their own thoughts and expectations for learning in adulthood. Thanks to the implementation of the project we have gained very important experience in the international project management, including the development of practical skills related to the organization of study visits, conferences and dissemination of the results, as well as increased language skills of staff and listeners. We also appreciate the value of the partnership, exchange of experiences and sharing resources, also at the local level. A great success of the project is the fact that every partner organization, was able to draw the attention of local communities and media on the needs of senior citizens, not only concerning the education. The importance of this subject shows e.g. the presence during the project meetings representatives of authorities, as well as local journalists - press, radio and television - in different countries. We jointly developed a universal tool (questionnaire), which was the basis to investigate the educational needs of people over 50 and motivation to volunteering in different countries. We have compiled results of the research in one report and discussed in details during the international conference closing the project.
Wspólnym celem instytucji zaangażowanych w projekt było udoskonalenie metod nauczania osób 50+, w oparciu o sprawdzone w Europie sposoby edukacji i aktywizacji osób starszych. W efekcie długotrwałej współpracy wypracowaliśmy nowe programy i propozycje dla nauczycieli, trenerów oraz pracowników organizacji pozarządowych i instytucji publicznych, na co dzień zajmujących się nieformalną edukacją seniorów. Materiały dotyczą różnych sposobów motywowania seniorów do nauki, organizacji wolontariatu osób 50+ oraz wykorzystaniem TIK w nauczaniu osób starszych i są na tyle uniwersalne i czytelne, że mogą być wykorzystywane także przez samych seniorów, wolontariuszy lub animatorów społeczności lokalnych. W trakcie ich tworzenia czerpaliśmy z wiedzy i doświadczeń samych seniorów, którzy dzielili się z nami własnymi spostrzeżeniami i oczekiwaniami dotyczącymi uczenia się w dorosłym życiu. W trakcie realizacji projektu nabyliśmy ważne doświadczenia w prowadzeniu i zarządzaniu projektem międzynarodowym, rozwinęliśmy praktyczne umiejętności związane z organizacją wizyt studyjnych i konferencji oraz upowszechnianiem rezultatów, zwiększyliśmy też kompetencje językowe kadry i słuchaczy. Dzięki realizacji projektu dostrzegliśmy i doceniliśmy wartość partnerstwa i wymiany zasobów, także na poziomie lokalnym. Każdej organizacji wchodzącej w skład partnerstwa udało się zwrócić uwagę społeczności lokalnych oraz mediów na potrzeby seniorów i to nie tylko te edukacyjne. O tym, jak ważny temat podjęliśmy świadczy m.in. obecność przedstawicieli władz różnych szczebli na spotkaniach projektowych, a także lokalnych dziennikarzy – prasowych, radiowych i telewizyjnych – zainteresowanych projektem w poszczególnych krajach. Wspólnie opracowaliśmy uniwersalną ankietę, będącą podstawą do zbadania potrzeb edukacyjnych osób po 50. roku życia i motywacji do wolontariatu w poszczególnych krajach. Efekty badań zebraliśmy w formie raportu i omówiliśmy podczas międzynarodowej konferencji zamykającej projekt.
Pagrindinis projekto tikslas buvo patobulinti jau naudojamus Europos švietimo mokymo metodus dirbant su 50+ žmonėmis. Bendradarbiaudami projekto dalyviai sukūrė naujas programas ir pateikė pasiūlymus mokytojams, instruktoriams ir nevyriausybinių organizacijų bei viešųjų įstaigų, teikiančių neformalųjį švietimą senjorams, darbuotojams. Paruošti projekto rezultatai yra susiję su įvairiais būdais, kaip motyvuoti senjorus mokytis, organizuoti savanorišką veiklą žmonių 50+ grupėse ir naudoti IKT mokant senjorus. Šiais projekto rezultatais gali pasinaudoti patys senjorai, savanoriai ir vietinė bendruomenė. Įgyvendindami projektą ir kurdami jo rezultatus mes pasisėmėme žinių ir patirties iš senjorų - senjorai pasidalijo savo mintimis ir lūkesčiais mokantis sulaukus brandaus amžiaus. Tarp ilgalaikės naudos, kuri buvo įgyta įgyvendinant projektą, yra tarptautinio projekto vadybos patirtis, praktiniai įgūdžiai, susiję su mokymosi vizitų, konferencijų organizavimu ir rezultatų sklaida, taip pat personalo ir klausytojų kalbinių įgūdžių tobulinimas. Projektas leido suprasti partnerystės, keitimosi patirtimi ir pasidalinimo ištekliais vertę (tarptautiniu ir vietos lygmeniu). Didelė projekto sėkmė yra tai, kad kiekviena partnerė organizacija galėjo atkreipti vietos bendruomenės ir žiniasklaidos dėmesį dėl vyresnių piliečių poreikių ne tik švietimo klausimu. Kad šis klausimas svarbus, parodo, pavyzdžiui, valdžios atstovų, taip pat ir vietos žurnalistų - spaudos, radijo ir televizijos atstovų - buvimas projekte įvairiose šalyse. Mes kartu parengėme universalią priemonę (anketą), kuri buvo pagrindinė priemonė tiriant 50+ žmonių mokymosi poreikius ir skatinant savanorišką veiklą įvairiose šalyse. Taip pat projekto dalyviai kartu parengė tyrimo rezultatų ataskaitą ir detaliai ją aptarė tarptautinėje konferencijoje, vykusioje užbaigiant projektą.
Il principale obiettivo raggiunto dal progetto è di aver sviluppato delle metodologie di insegnamento per persone over 50. Tra i risultati a lungo termine è infatti possibile annoverare nuovi programmi e proposte concrete per fornire educazione informale, e non, alle persone in età adulta. Sebbene questi documenti siano rivolti a insegnanti, formatori e dipendenti di ONG o di pubbliche amministrazioni, essi, per via della loro estrema chiarezza e versatilità, possono anche essere usati da persone over 50, volontari e animatori sociali. Nel corso due anni di progetto i meeting sono stati l’occasione di confronto tra un groppo internazionale di professionisti e i partecipanti over 50; in questa sede sono state analizzate le metodologie di insegnamento per la terza età e condivise buone prassi e innovazioni locali. I temi tratti sono stati: i diversi modi per motivare gli over 50 a imparare, le modalità per coinvolgerli in attività di volontariato e le procedure per usare al meglio le tecnologie informatiche nella didattica. Le donne e gli uomini coinvolti hanno partecipato agli incontri del partenariato e hanno collaborato in maniera attiva all'elaborazione della ricerca statistica sui “Bisogni educativi e le aspettative delle persone over 50”; loro stessi sono diventati i migliori ambasciatori del progetto. Essi hanno anche svolto un ruolo molto importante nella diffusione dei risultati del progetto nei diversi ambienti locali. Non solo l’obiettivo principale del progetto è stato pienamente realizzato, ma sono state anche sviluppate delle proposte educative concrete e dei prodotti utilizzabili nella pratica. È stato creato congiuntamente un questionario, strumento universale che è servito da base per indagare le esigenze educative e la motivazione per il volontariato di persone con più di 50 nei diversi paesi. I risultati della ricerca sono stati analizzati in un report che è stato discusso in dettaglio nel corso della conferenza finale.
Saskaroties ar novecošanas procesu sabiedrībā, ir svarīgi pievērst īpašu uzmanību to cilvēku izglītības vajadzībām, kuri vienlaikus ar darba karjeras beigām ir spiesti meklēt citas attīstības iespējas. Saka, ka mēs kļūstam vecāki tajā brīdī, kad mēs pārstājam attīstīties. Mūsu projekts sniegs atbildes uz jautājumu, kā efektīvi nodrošināt cilvēku virs 50 gadiem izglītības un attīstības iespējas. Visu šajā projektā iesaistīto institūciju kopējais mērķis būs uzlabot 50+ apmācību un mācīšanās metodes, balstoties uz pārbaudītiem vecākā gadagājuma cilvēku izglītošanas un aktivizēšanas veidiem Eiropā. Galīgā ietekme vērsta uz jaunu mācību programmu izstrādi un ieteikumiem skolotājiem, pasniedzējiem, nevalstisko organizāciju un valsts institūciju darbiniekiem, kuri ikdienā nodarbojas ar vecāka gadagājuma cilvēku neformālo un ikdienas izglītību. Projekta laikā tiks organizētas partneru tikšanās, kuras laikā tiks apspriesti jautājumi, kas saistīti ar gados vecāku cilvēku izglītošanas metodiku, un iepazīšanās ar partneru labo praksi. Tiks apskatīti dažādi veidi, kā motivēt gados vecākus cilvēkus mācībām, organizēt 50+ brīvprātīgo darbu, izmantot IKT un kultūras aktivitātes mūžizglītībā, kā arī tiks apskatītas iespējas tos piemērot vietējiem apstākļiem. Tiks izmantotas dažu gados vecāku cilvēku, kuri dalīsies savos ierosinājumos un velmēs attiecībā uz mācīšanos šajā vecumā, zināšanas un pieredze. Tiks izstrādāts universāls rīks (aptaujas anketa), kas ļaus pētīt izglītības vajadzības un 50+ motivāciju dalībai brīvprātīgajā darbā dažādās valstīs. Rezultāti tiks apkopoti ziņojuma veidā un tie detalizēti tiks apspriesti starptautiskās konferences laikā, ar kuru noslēgsies projekts.
Scopul principal al proiectului a fost de a îmbunătăți metodele de predare pentru persoanele 50+, în baza unor metode educaţionale aplicate în Europa, privind îmbătrânirea activă. Rezultatele cooperării pe termen lung, au constat în elaborarea de noi programe și recomnadări pentru profesori, formatori și personalul organizațiilor nonguvernamentale, al instituțiilor publice şi a furnizorilor de educație informală pentru vârstnici. Materialele conţin soluţii pentru motivarea persoanelor în vârstă de a învăța: activitatăţi de voluntariat a persoanelor 50+, utilizarea TIC în educaţia persoanelor în vârstă sau de a fi voluntari şi animatori ai comunităților locale . În procesul de realizare a produselor am folosit cunoștințele și experiența seniorilor, care au împărtășit împreună cu noi propriile gânduri și așteptările învăţării la o vârstă înaintată. Datorită implementării proiectului am acumulat o experiență semnificativă în managementul proiectelor internaționale, în dezvoltarea de abilități practice legate de organizarea vizitelor de studiu , conferințelor, diseminarea rezultatelor , precum și competențe lingvistice crescute la personal şi grupul ţintă. De asemenea, valoarea parteneriatului a constat în schimburile de experiență și partajarea resurselor, la nivel de parteneriat şi la nivel local . Un mare succes al proiectului este, că fiecare organizație parteneră, a atras atenția comunităților locale și a mass-mediei cu privire la nevoile persoanelor în vârstă, nu numai privind educația . Acest fapt fiind demonstrat prin prezența, la întâlnirile de proiect, a reprezentanților autorităților, a jurnaliștilor locali din diferite țări partenere. Am dezvoltat în comun un instrument universal (sondaj), care a stat la baza investigării nevoile educaționale a persoanelor 50+ și motivația pentru voluntariat în diferite țări . Rezultatele cercetarii sunt compilate într-un raport și au fost discutate în detalii, la conferința internatională de încheiere a proiectului
