    Regional Treasure Hunt in Europe

    The project Regional Treasure Hunt in Europe has two dimensions – the local and the European because it concerns the past, present and the future of the regions specifically aiming at searching for similarities and differences between participating countries. The students will learn much about local communities in Europe by exploring the beauty, contrasts and both material and spiritual wealth of the regions. They will have to use all their senses to experience the treasures of the regions as they will have to take closer look at: architecture, art, sport, music, handcraft, customs, traditions and history as well as health, ecology, urbanization and industry. The students will leave their homes and learn something new about the local area and share the knowledge with their partners. As the project deals with so many aspects of regions’ life the cooperation should incredibly broaden the students’ minds. They will gain detailed knowledge about partners’ life, learn understanding and tolerance towards various religions and cultures in Europe. Exchanging information, researches and meetings with partners will also increase motivation and improve their vocabulary and fluency in English which wouldn’t be possible in a classroom situation. The students will become more sociable, outgoing and open to the world. Almost every activity is planned as project work and the results will be presented in traditional ways (photos, exhibitions, handmade models, drawings, paintings, handcraft, postcards, letters) as well as modern multimedia(presentations,videos,web page). The regular exchanges of various products will make the relationships closer and stronger.

    Our coordinator Poland created a common website .We sent the activities there and he put most of our necessary products like competitions,visits,interviews,videos,photos etc.. Our project consists of five partners.Poland,France,Italy,Czech Republic and Turkey.you can click on every countries corner and see the products there.
