Active & Responsible Citizen = Flourishing Future Society
ACT! is a project about active citizenship. It aims to reach active community members who want and have something to say on issues they care about. They are ready to take actions and through their activities inspire other members of the local community to act. Partners from 6 EU countries - Bulgaria, Ireland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Romania, Spain - worked together and exchanged their experiences on how to organize civic actions and fulfill the goals of the project successfully. In order to define the concept of active citizen, and to explore conditions that stimulate citizenship the partners collected and analyzed good practice examples in their countries on how to run effective civic actions. Based on the developed methodologies (using the principles of the Theater of the Oppressed) the partnership organized trainings for active members of their societies and on line forum discussions for the project partners and trainees. Later on, together with the most active trainees and representatives of various socially active organizations at least three unique civic actions reflecting local community problems were implemented in each partner country. The most successful civic actions were presented during the final project event in Vilnius, LT that consisted of two parts: first, all the partners organized civic actions; afterwards an open-air action-concert Act Out Loud took place. The overall project activities, experience gained and feedback received allow the partnership to claim that social issues and creative solutions to them are relevant both to the target groups and to the general public. People are willing to participate and express their concerns in civic actions if they are provided with appropriate know-how. This is the goal of the main product of the project - 'ACT Interactive' - interactive methodologies on how to organize effective civic actions in their communities and make them more convincing and attractive by using various forms of art.

ACT! - tai projektas pilietiniam aktyvumui skatinti. Projektas siekė suburti aktyvius visuomenės narius, kurie nori, gali ir turi, ką pasakyti, yra pasiruošę imtis veiksmų, spręsti jiems rūpimus klausimus ir savo veikla įkvėpti bendruomenes veikti. Partneriai iš 6 Europos valstybių – Airijos, Bulgarijos, Ispanijos, Lietuvos, Olandijos ir Rumunijos – bendradarbiavo tam, kad pasidalintų pilietinių akcijų rengimo patirtimi, organizuotų naujas akcijas ir sėkmingai įgyvendintų projekto tikslus. Partnerių konsorciumas surinko bei išanalizavo gerosios pilietinių akcijų rengimo praktikos pavyzdžius savo šalyse, organizavo mokymus apie socialinę atsakomybę ir pilietinių akcijų rengimą, paremtus iš anksto paruošta metodologija ir Engiamųjų teatro principais. Aktyviausi mokymų dalyviai kartu su įvairių socialiai aktyvių organizacijų atstovais kiekvienoje šalyje įgyvendino bent tris pilietines akcijas, atspindinčias vietinėms bendruomenėms aktualią problematiką. Atrinktos sėkmingiausios visų partnerių organizuotos akcijos buvo pristatytos dviejų dalių baigiamojo projekto renginio Vilniuje metu. Vakarą vainikavo koncertas-akcija „Act Out Loud“, į vieną sceną subūręs ne tik buvusius ir esamus SIH dėstytojus bei studentus, bet ir projekto ACT! partnerių valstybių atstovus. Remdamiesi viso projekto metu įgyvendintomis veiklomis, įgyta patirtimi ir gautu grįžtamuoju ryšiu, partneriai gali drąsiai teigti, kad socialinės problemos ir kūrybingi jų sprendimai yra aktualūs tiek tikslinėms projekto grupėms, tiek plačiajai visuomenei. Žmonės yra linkę dalyvauti pilietinėse akcijose ir išsakyti savo poziciją jiems rūpimais klausimais, jei tik jiems suteikiamos reikiamos žinios ir įgūdžiai. Toks ir yra pagrindinio projekto produkto, „ACT Interactive“, tikslas. Šios interaktyvios metodologijos atskleidžia, kaip vietinėse bendruomenėse organizuoti pilietines akcijas bei pasitelkiant įvairias menines raiškos formas padaryti jas patrauklesnes bei labiau įtikinamas.

Scopul proiectului este acela de a ajunge la membri activi ai comunităţii care doresc, pot şi au ce să spună şi sunt gata să ia măsuri cu privire la aspectele care le pasă, iar prin activităţile lor să inspire alţi membri ai comunităţii locale spre a acţiona. Proiectul urmăreşte: - Să definească ce reprezintă cetăţeanul activ - Să analizeze conceptul de cetăţenie - Să definească un principiu, o atitudine care ar putea face diferenţa în lume - Să exploreze condiţiile care stimulează cetăţenia Obiectivele proiectului - Conştientizarea cetăţenilor asupra faptului că orice formă de manifestare a cetăţeniei acitive poate duce la îmbunăţirea vieţii în societate - Demonstrarea faptului că voluntariatul, atât la nivel global, cât şi la nivelul comunităţii, poate contribui la dezvoltarea personală prin dobândirea de comperenţe şi abilităţi - Motivarea cetăţenilor să participe la acţiuni civice exprimate prin diferite forme de artă, cu scopul de a dezvolta responsabilitatea civică Activităţi - Analiza modelelor de bună practică privind modul în care să se organizeze acţiuni civice, luând în considerare feedback-urile grupurilor ţintă - Desfăşurare de traininguri bazându-ne pe analiza modelelor de bună practică, pe experienţele celor care desfăşoară activităţi civice sau a membrilor şi voluntarilor organizaţiilor - Desfăşurarea de întâlniri face to face cu participanţii la traininguri despre cele mai active şi motivante activităţi pentru a împărtaşi experienţe şi competenţe dobândite şi pentru a planifica acticităţi civice - Colectarea feedback-ului de la comunitatea locală şi reflectarea trainingurilor - Organizarea de discuţii online a membrilor grupurilor ţintă pentru schimbul de experienţe şi modele de bună practică - Organizarea de activitati si evenimente civice - Selectarea celor mai de succes activităţi civice pentru a fi prezentate în cadrul Conferinţei finale a proiectului Rezultate -Metodologii despre cum să se organizeze acţiuni civice eficiente

Ciudadanía Activa y Responsable = Futura Sociedad Floreciente
La sociedad actual se enfrenta a problemas tanto a nivel global como de las comunidades. Parte de la sociedad tiene un sentido activo de responsabilidad cívica y actúa para cambiar las cosas, mientras que otros son indiferentes a los problemas de la sociedad o bien los desconocen, o les falta valor para tomar medidas para mejorar las cosas. Las personas creativas deben ser animadas a actuar y, a través de formas artísticas, acercarse a miembros pasivos de la comunidad en un esfuerzo por cambiar sus actitudes y fomentar el deseo de mejorar la vida de la sociedad. El proyecto pretende llegar a miembros activos de la comunidad que quieren, pueden y tienen algo qué decir. Miembros que están dispuestos a llevar a cabo acciones sobre cuestiones que les preocupan y, por medio de sus actividades, inspirar a otros miembros de la comunidad local para actuar. Objetivos: -Definir al ciudadano activo -Analizar el concepto de ciudadanía -Tratar de definir un principio, una actitud, que podría marcar la diferencia en el mundo -Explorar las condiciones que estimulan la ciudadanía Grupos destinatarios -Activistas cívicos de comunidades locales -Voluntarios -Ciudadanos activos senior -Artistas, que son ciudadanos activos Fases: -Análisis de buenas prácticas teniendo en cuenta opiniones del grupo destinatario -Formación para beneficiarios de los activistas cívicos, miembros de organizaciones de voluntariado -Reuniones para los alumnos más motivados -Acciones cívicas locales sobre problemas locales -Retroalimentación y reflexiones sobre la exitosa realización de los cursos de formación -Forums online -Recopilación de las acciones cívicas más exitosas y presentación en directo durante la conferencia final Resultados: -Metodología sobre cómo organizar acciones cívicas efectivas en comunidades locales y hacerlas más convincentes y atractivas utilizando diferentes formas artísticas y manifestaciones de voluntariado.

Днешното общество се сблъсква с проблеми както на глобално, така и на местно ниво. Част от обществото има ясно съзнание за гражданска отговорност и се опитва да направи промяна, докато други остават безразлични към проблемите на обществото или нямат достатъчно познания и кураж да предприемат стъпки за преодоляването им. Креативните хора трябва да бъдат окуражавани да действат и използвайки различни форми на изкуство да повлияят върху пасивните членове на обществото, за да променят тяхната нагласа и да ги мотивират да подобрят живота в обществото. Проектът цели да достигне активни членове на обществото, които искат, могат и имат нещо да кажат, готови са да предприемат стъпки за разрешаването на актуални проблеми и чрез своите действия да вдъхновят други членове на обществото да бъдат активни. Проектът е насочен към: - дефиниране на понятието “активен гражданин” - анализиране на концепцията за “гражданство” - дефиниране на принцип и начин на поведение, които да променят света към по-добро - създаване на условия, които да стимулират гражданството. Целеви групи: - Граждански активисти от местни общности - Доброволци - Активни възрастни граждани - Артисти, които са активни граждани Стъпки за постигане на целите: - Анализ на добри практики, базиран на коментарите от консултации с представители на целевите групи - Обучения за бенефициенти от обществени активисти и членове на доброволчески организации - Срещи с най-мотивираните участници в обученията - Граждански инициативи, базирани на местни обществени проблеми - Обратна връзка и резултати от успешната практическа реализация на обученията - Онлайн форуми - Колекция от най-успешните граждански инициативи и тяхното представяне по време на финалното събитие. Резултати: Методологии за организиране на ефективни граждански инициативи на местно ниво, представени мотивиращо и атрактивно чрез използването на различни форми изкуство и доброволческа работа.
Active & Responsible Citizen = Flourishing Future Society
De samenleving wordt geconfronteerd met maatschappelijke problemen op zowel mondiaal als gemeenschapsniveau. Een deel van de samenleving is maatschappelijk actief en doet zijn best om dingen te veranderen, terwijl anderen onverschillig staan tegenover deze problemen of gewoonweg de kennis en/of moed missen om maatregelen te nemen ter verbetering. Creatievelingen zouden moeten worden aangemoedigd om naar voren te treden en door middel van kunst passieve leden van de gemeenschap aan te sporen hun houding te veranderen. Dit project richt zijn pijlen op actieve leden van de gemeenschap die iets willen, kunnen en hebben te vertellen over actief burgerschap. Mensen die klaar staan om actie te ondernemen op onderwerpen waar zij om geven en zodoende andere leden van hun gemeenschap inspireren om ook in actie te komen. Het project wil: - een actieve burger definiëren - het concept actief burgerschap analyseren - zoeken naar een definitie van een principe of een houding, die een verschil in de wereld kan maken - voorwaarden verkennen die actief burgerschap stimuleren Doelgroepen: - maatschappelijke activisten uit lokale gemeenschappen - vrijwilligers - actieve senioren - kunstenaars Stappen: - Analyse van goede praktijkvoorbeelden inclusief opmerkingen van de vertegenwoordigers van de doelgroep -Training voor begunstigden door activisten, vrijwilligers uit een gemeenschap - Een op een bijeenkomsten voor gemotiveerde cursisten - Lokale burgeracties op basis van de lokale problemen - Feedback en reflectie op de succesvolle praktische realisatie van trainingen - Online forums - Verzamelen van de meest succesvolle acties en live presentaties hiervan tijdens de slotconferentie Resultaten: - Methodiek over hoe effectieve maatschappelijke acties te organiseren in lokale gemeenschappen en deze overtuigender en aantrekkelijker maken door het gebruik van verschillende vormen van kunst en manifestaties voor vrijwilligerswerk.

Remiantis gerosios praktikos pavyzdžiais bei mokymų gairėmis "Menininkai už pilietinį aktyvumą", kiekvienoje partnerių šalyje buvo organizuoti mokymai. The final event of the project took place in Vilnius, the 31st May 2013. Flyers and Posters were produced and distributed to disseminate the event. One chosen civic action from each partner organisation was performed in different locations of the city. Civic action 'Why do you (not) vote?'
Since it was run exactly a week before the Parliament election in Lithuania, the topic of voting was more relevant than ever. The purpose of this civic action was to remind people of the significance of being active and expressing their opinion about upcoming elections. By employing invisible theater methods people were asked to ‘vote’. Civic action 'Smile collectors'
Public transportation is usually a dull place where people seem tired and unhappy. The goal of this civic action was to brighten up passengers day and release tension between commuters and ticket officers. Participants entered a vehicle looking as if they are ticket collectors and asked to prepare tickets. However, they suddenly announced that today’s ticket is actually a smile and stickers with smiling faces were distributed. Viešasis transportas paprastai suvokiamas kaip nuobodi, kasdieniška erdvė, kurioje žmonės atrodė pavargę ir nelaimingi. Šios pilietinės akcijos tikslas buvo praskaidrinti keleivių dieną ir sumažinti įtampą tarp keleivių ir bilietų kontrolierių. Organizatoriai, persirengę bilietų kontrolieriais, lipo į troleibusus ir prašė paruošti bilietus. Keleiviams suskubus ieškoti bilietų, „kontrolieriai“ netikėtai pranešdavo, kad šios dienos bilietas – šypsena, ir duodavo lipduką su šypsenėle.LANGUAGE(S)

Animal welfare is still an important issue in Lithuanian society. Despite the growing number of organizations dealing with animal rights, the need for public awareness raising campaigns is pressing. The goal of this civic action was to emphasize that animals are entitled to freedoms and encourage people to take care of them and not to be indifferent if they encounter mistreated animals. Gyvūnų gerovė – vis dar opi Lietuvos visuomenės problema. Nepaisant to, kad gyvūnų globos organizacijų kasmet daugėja, poreikis šviesti šiais klausimais nemąžta. Būtent todėl nusprendėme, kad viena iš pilietinių akcijų turi būti skirta gyvūnų teisėms. Šios akcijos tikslas - paskatinti žmones nelikti abejingais skriaudžiamiems gyvūnams bei globoti silpnesnius už save. Civic action "Treasure Hunt"
“The Treasure Hunt” is a civic action that aims to motivate people to use and take care of the park in their neighbourhood. The park is literally a treasure in a district or neighbourhood, a place where you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity. A good park can only flourish through the joint care of the users, the local residents. A treasure chest is hidden in the park and children are encouraged by their parents/grandparents to find the treasure using a treasure map.Maatschappelijke actie 'Het park en de schat'
‘Het park en de schat’ is een speelse activiteit om mensen te motiveren gebruik te maken en zorg te dragen voor het park in hun buurt. Het park is letterlijk een schat in een wijk of buurt; een plek waar je kunt ontspannen en genieten van de rust. Een goed park kan echter alleen floreren door de gezamenlijke zorg van de gebruikers ervan, de buurtbewoners. Civic action 'A look At the Past'
"A look at the past" is a civic action that focuses on the rediscovery of the monuments around us. Without people realizing it, they live often near a monument. In many cases, people have never seen the inside of the monument. This while such buildings can tell a lot about the area and its development. ‘Een blik op het verleden’ is een activiteit die zich richt op het herontdekken van de monumenten om ons heen. Zonder dat mensen het beseffen, leven ze maar al te vaak te midden, of in de buurt van een monument. In veel gevallen moeten bewoners erkennen zo’n monument nog nooit van binnen te hebben gezien.
