In "Work m@de easy" the pupils involved aim at creating an internet platform about life and work in different European countries. The reason for this is that many young people dream about living or working abroad, for a certain length of time, or for ever. Many television broadcasts show emigrants starting their new life. The realization of the dream of living in another country has come very near so that it can be touched, because of ongoing European integration. What is the reality of everyday life and work? Our project aims to provide answers to this question and how to take the first steps forward. This internet platform is about life and work in the host country. It is realized in the form of a Content Management System (CMS). Pupils from each country collect the following information which they exchange with pupils from other countries: - Description of a typical working day of an adolescent/trainee and an adult - Bureaucratic obstacles for foreigners - Special customs in the country - Comparison of the differences in education (including organization and qualifications) - Job-specific terminology, including the most used terms for different jobs - Addresses for applications or for applicants The Project has one special characteristic: a school for blind people is involved in the project, because the use of new electronic media is becoming increasingly important in our society, and people who are blind or visually impaired are very often disadvantaged in using these new forms of communication. This is a reason why the platform will be enlarged: the contents can be read aloud in prose, or can be accessed on the telephone, guided by a menu. This special feature can also be used to make other content accessible for visually impaired or blind persons.

Work made E@sy projesindeki öğrencilerin amacı Avrupanın farklı ülkelerindeki çalışma ve yaşam koşullarını açıklayan bir internet platformu oluşturmaktır.
