ISQALE (Подобряване на стандартите за качество в обучението по чужди езици за възрастни) е партньорски проект, който има за цел разработването на подходи за осигуряване на качеството в езиковото обучение. Проектът изследва нуждите, специфичните изисквания на всяка държава и най-добрите практики за преподаване на езици в институции на парньорските страни. Спрямо резултатите от тези проучвания бе създадена, пилотирана и приложена цяла система за популяризиране и поддържане на качеството на преподаване и учене. Главните части на системата са съставени от подбор от критерии и индикатори, документални данни и процедури за подобряване на качеството на предоставяните езикови услуги за възрастни. Система се изразява в подробна СХЕМА ЗА ПОДОБРЯВАНЕ НА КАЧЕСТВОТО (QIS), която включва сфери като общ и академичен мениджмънт на езиковите услуги, оценяване на учебната програма и план спрямо Общата европейска езикова рамка (CEFR), оценяване на иновативни педагогически практики, самостоятелно учене и учене през целия живот, персонално развитие и удовлетворение на нуждите както на преподавателите, така и на учениците. Проектът ISQALE даде възможност на всички партньори да обменят съответната експертност, да си сътрудничат активно и да допринесат за успеха на проекта чрез участието в партньорски срещи (мобилности), конференции, семинари и чрез разпространение на информация за проектните дейности и резултати чрез техните широки национални и международни мрежи.
ISQALE (Improving Standards of Quality in Adult Language Education) is a partnership project aimed at developing quality assurance approaches in language education. It has explored the needs, country specific requirements and best teaching practices in the language institutions of the project partners and, in the light of these findings, it has proposed, piloted and implemented an entire system for promoting and sustaining quality of teaching and learning. The main ingredients of the system are a set of criteria and indicators, documentary evidence and procedures to enhance the quality of language services delivered to adults in lifelong learning. The system materialized in a comprehensive QUALITY IMPROVEMENT SCHEME (QIS) encompassing the areas of general and academic management of language services, assessment of CEFR-based curricula and syllabi, innovative pedagogical practices, autonomous learning and lifelong learning, personal development and satisfaction of needs of both teachers and learners. The ISQALE project enabled all partners to exchange relevant expertise, to cooperate actively and contribute to the project success by participating in partnership meetings (mobilities), conferences and seminars, by disseminating the project activities and outcomes through their wide national and international networks.
Acesta este un proiect bazat pe parteneriat, care promovează asigurarea calității în predarea și învățarea limbilor străine. Explorează nevoile și cerințele specifice acestui domeniu educațional în diferite țări, și evidențiază exemple de bună practică în instituțiile partenere. Pornind de la acestea, proiectul propune un set de indicatori si proceduri pentru îmbunătățirea calității predării limbilor la adulți, în cadrul învățării pe tot parcursul vieții. Principalele teme abordate sunt: managementul calității și al inovației, programe curriculare și sisteme de evaluare bazate pe Cadrul European Comun de Referință pentru Limbi, predarea și perfecționarea personală/profesională, dezvoltarea competențelor comunicative și interculturale, studiul individual și învățarea continuă, bazată pe valorile europene. O asemenea abordare va corespunde mai bine așteptărilor comunității economice, dând posibilitatea profesioniștilor (cursanți, profesori, manageri și examinatori) să-și desfășoare activitatea în mod adecvat în context internațional și să participe cu succes la programe de mobilitate transnațională și la diverse evenimente care implică comunicarea între adulți din diferite țări. Obiectivele proiectului se realizează prin programe de mobilitate, prin echipe multinaționale, care se concentrează pe diferite arii tematice și propun parametri comuni/unitari pentru evaluarea și consolidarea standardelor de calitate în educația lingvistică. Schimbul de informații în cadrul parteneriatului are loc prin întâlniri de lucru multinaționale și seminarii. Schimbul de bune practici se realizează prin vizite reciproce instituționale, prin schimbul de materiale și experiență ref. la procesele de predare, învățare și evaluare. Pentru a stabili criterii relevante și coerente se colectează sistematic feedback de la cursanți, profesori, manageri, sponsori. Rezultatele se centralizează într-un sistem comun de asigurare a calității, care poate fi diseminat în diferite regiuni din Europa
Αυτή είναι μια σύμπραξη έργου που αφορά την εξέλιξη και την εφαρμογή πρακτικών διασφάλισης ποιότητας στην ξενόγλωσση εκπαίδευση. Θα διερευνήσει τις ανάγκες, τις ειδικές απαιτήσεις κάθε χώρας και τις καλύτερες πρακτικές στο χώρο και βασισμένη σε αυτά τα πορίσματα θα προτείνει ορισμένους δείκτες και συγκεκριμένες διαδικασίες με στόχο τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας της διδασκαλίας ξένων γλωσσών των ενηλίκων και της δια βίου μάθησης. Οι κυριότερες κατηγορίες θα περιέχουν ποιοτική αξιολόγηση του προγράμματος σπουδών βάσει του CEFR, πρωτοποριακές πρακτικές, προσωπική εξέλιξη και ικανοποίηση αναγκών, επιτυχημένη επικοινωνιακή και διαπολιτισμική ικανότητα, αυτοδιδασκαλία και δια βίου μάθηση, μάθηση κατευθυνόμενη από Ευρωπαϊκές αξίες κλπ. Μια τέτοια προσέγγιση θα ανταποκριθεί καλύτερα στις προσδοκίες της οικονομικής κοινότητας, δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα σε επαγγελματίες και ενήλικες μαθητές γενικότερα να λειτουργήσουν επαρκώς σε ένα διεθνές περιβάλλον, επιτρέποντας μεγαλύτερη κινητικότητα μαθητών, καθηγητών, διευθυντών και αξιολογητών. Οι στόχοι της σύμπραξης θα επιτευχθούν μέσα από κινητικότητες, με τη δημιουργία πολυεθνικών ομάδων εργασίας σε διαφορετικές κατηγορίες, με την πρόταση κοινών παραμέτρων για αξιολόγηση και διατήρηση της ποιότητας στην ξενόγλωσση εκπαίδευση. Η ανταλλαγή πληροφοριών με την υπόλοιπη ομάδα θα πραγματοποιηθεί σε συναντήσεις εργασίας εκτός συνόρων και σεμινάρια. Η ανταλλαγή των καλύτερων πρακτικών θα γίνει με ανταλλαγή επισκέψεων σε ξενόγλωσσα σχολεία, διδακτικού υλικού, εκπαιδευτικών διαδικασιών και μεθόδων ελέγχου. Προκειμένου να δημιουργηθούν έγκυρα και αξιόπιστα κριτήρια, σχόλια και απόψεις θα συλλεχθούν συστηματικά από μαθητές, καθηγητές, διευθυντές σχολείων και χορηγούς. Τα αποτελέσματα θα ανατροφοδοτήσουν ένα κοινό σύστημα διασφάλισης της ποιότητας, το οποίο μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για σκοπούς διάδοσης στα Βαλκάνια και στις ευρύτερες περιοχές της Ευρώπης.
Este es un proyecto de colaboración que conlleva el desarrollo y la aplicación de los enfoques de garantía de calidad en la enseñanza de idiomas. Se explorarán las necesidades, los requisitos específicos de cada país y las mejores prácticas docentes y, en base a estos hallazgos, se propondrán un conjunto de indicadores y procedimientos destinados a mejorar la calidad de la enseñanza de la lengua de los adultos como parte de su aprendizaje permanente. Las principales áreas de trabajo son la evaluación de calidad de los currículos basados en el MCERL, prácticas innovadoras, el desarrollo personal y la satisfacción de las necesidades, la competencia comunicativa y transcultural, el autoaprendizaje y el aprendizaje permanente y el aprendizaje basado en valores europeos. Este enfoque pretene atender las expectativas de la comunidad económica, la mejor formación de los profesionales y los estudiantes adultos en general para llevar a cabo adecuadamente su trabajo en un entorno internacional y facilitar una mayor movilidad de estudiantes, profesores, administradores y asesores. Los objetivos del proyecto se lograrán a través de los programas de movilidad, que incluirán la formación de grupos de trabajo multinacionales centrados en diferentes áreas de trabajo, proponiendo parámetros comunes para la evaluación y el mantenimiento de la calidad de la enseñanza de idiomas. El intercambio de información con el equipo se llevará a cabo a través de reuniones de trabajo multilaterales. El intercambio de las mejores prácticas se realizará a través del visitas a centros de enseñanza de idiomas, análisis de los materiales de enseñanza, y evaluación de los procesos de enseñanza/aprendizaje. Con el fin de establecer criterios válidos y fiables, se obtendrá retroalimentación sistemática de los estudiantes, profesores, directores y gestores de centros educativos. Los resultados servirán para diseñar un sistema común de control de calidad para cualquier contexto educativo de la UE.
