Unser Projekt zwischen 6 europäischen Schulen soll dazu beitragen, die interkulturelle Kompetenz und die IT-Kenntnise unserer Schüler zu entwickeln und zu stärken. Zielgruppen sind sowohl Schüler wie Lehrerinnen und Lehrer. Die Projektaktivitäten orientieren sich an praktischen Beispielen aus dem Unterricht. Die Schüler sollen durch ihre Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse aus dem Projekt besser auf ihren Berufsalltag vorbereitet werden. Deshalb werden alle Aufgaben PC-basiert durchgeführt und sie werden neue Programme anwenden lernen. Sie lernen Datenbanken anzulegen und eine Moodle-Webseite zu gestalten, die im Verlauf des Projektzeitraumes mit den Projektergebnissen bestückt werden soll. Dazu gehören Powerpoint-Präsentationen der Schulen, erarbeitete Dosiers über Business-Etiquette in den einzelnen Ländern, Umfrageergebnisse aus den Firmen in den teilnehmenden Ländern zum Umgang mit ihren ausländigschen Mitarbeitern. Im zweiten Projektjahr werden verschiedene Marketingkonzepte verglichen: Wie werden internationale Produkte beworben - spezifisch in den beteiligten Ländern? Und wie werden eigene nationale Produkte jeweils länderspezifisch angepasst? Die Lehrer bereiten Unterrichtskonzepte zum Thema Interkulturelle Kompetenz vor und tauschen ihre Unterrichtserfahrung aus.
It is a project between six schools in six European countries whose aim is to develop students ICT skills and intercultural competences. The target group is formed of students aged 15-19 and also teachers. All the activities are meant to be practical so that students will get to know the cultural characteristics of each partner country. Students will then be able to use and exploit this knowledge and experience in their future job. Everything will be done with the help of ICT tools, tools which they are already familiar with and where their skills will improve as well as new tools. Students will for example learn how to create databases and create a Moodle website as a shared platform. This website will be updated regularly with the results of the activities carried out: PowerPoint presentations of the schools involved, business etiquette dossiers on each region represented by the schools, interviews with human resource departments of different companies regarding intercultural difficulties, short films about what might go wrong in business transactions as well as concepts for introducing and marketing a foreign product in your home country. Teachers will prepare lesson plans on "How to teach intercultural competences" and evaluate them creating a dossier of best practice examples. The use of Moodle and attending lessons taught with the help of ICT tools will further enable the teachers to enhance their own teaching. The activities will have as a result some final products (website, databases, films and multi-media presentations about business etiquette, lesson plans) which will be used in all partner schools in the future: as new elements of the curriculum and as teaching materials that provide support for lessons.
Bu proje 6 Avrupa ülkesindeki altı okul arasında, öğrencilerin bilgisayar ve kültürler arası yeterliliklerini geliştirmelerini amaçlamaktadır.Hedef kitle 15 - 19 yaş arası öğrencilerden ve öğretmenlerden oluşmaktadır. Tüm etkinlikler, öğrencilerin her bir ortak ülkenin kültürel özelliklerini tanımaları ve anlamaları için uygulamalı olarak planlanmıştır. Böylelikle öğrenciler bilgi ve deneyimlerini gelecekteki iş yaşantılarına aktarabileceklerdir. Her şey, öğrencilerin daha önceden aşina oldukları ICT araçlarını kullanarak yapılacak böylece yeterliliklerini de geliştirme imkanı bulacaklardır.Örneğin öğrenciler bir data-base "veri tabanı" ve moodle "ortak kullanım platformu" oluşturmayı öğreneceklerdir. Bu platform, yapılan etkinliklerin; okulların power point sunumları, ülke etiketine ait dosyalar, iş yaşamında kültürler arası farklılıklardan kaynaklanan zorlukları anlatmak için farklı firmaların insan kaynakları bölümleri ile yapılan görüşmeler, farklı kültürlerle iş yaparken yaşanabilecek yanlış anlamalarla ilgili kısa filmler, yabancı bir ürünün kendi ülkemiz pazarına tanıtılması çıktıları ve sonuçları ile düzenli olarak güncellenecektir. Öğretmenler kültürler arası yeterlilikleri anlatmaya yönelik ders planları hazırlayacak ve değerlendirmeye yönelik en iyi örneklerden oluşan bir dosya hazırlayacaklardır. Ayrıca bir ortak paylaşım platformunun kullanımı ve bilişim sistemleri kullanılarak yapılan eğitimler öğretmenlerin kendi yeterliliklerini arttıracaktır. Etkinliklerin sonunda nihai ürünler olacak (internet sitesi, veri tabanı, ülke etiketleri ile ilgili film ve multi medya sunumları, ders planları) ve bu ürünler, gelecekte tüm ortak okullar tarafından müfredata ait yeni unsurlar ve öğretim malzemeleri olarak derslerde destek olmak üzere kullanılacaktır.
Este un proiect intre sase scoli din sase tari europene al carui scop este dezvoltarea abilitatilor TIC si a competentelor interculturale la elevi. Grupul tinta este format din elevi cu varsta intre 15-19 ani, precum si profesori. Toate activitatile vor sa fie practice astfel incat elevii sa cunoasca niste caracteristici culturale ale fiecarei tari partenere. Elevii vor fi pe urma capabili sa foloseasca si sa exploateze aceste cunostinte si experienta in meseria lor viitoare. Totul va fi realizat cu ajutorul instrumentelor TIC, instrumente care le sunt deja familiare si cu ajutorul carora elevii isi vor imbunatati abilitatile, precum si instrumente noi pe care si le vor insusi. De exemplu, elevii vor invata cum sa creeze baze de date si un website Moodle ca platforma comuna. Acest website va fi actualizat regulat cu rezultatele activitatilor desfasurate: prezentari Powerpoint ale scolilor implicate, dosare de eticheta in afaceri in zonele reprezentate de scoli, interviuri cu departamentul de resurse umane ale diverselor companii pe tema dificultatilor interculturale, filmulete despre ce ar putea sa mearga rau in tranzactii comerciale precum si concepte pentru introducerea si vanzarea unui produs strain in tara natala. Profesorii vor pregati planuri de lectie despre “Cum sa predai competentele interculturale” si le vor evalua, creand un dosar cu cele mai bune exemple. Folosirea Moodle si participarea la lectii predate cu ajutorul instrumentelor TIC ii vor ajuta pe profesori sa-si imbunatateasca modul de predare. Activitatile vor avea ca rezultat unele produse finale ( website, baze de date, filme si prezentari multimedia despre eticheta in afaceri, planuri de lectie) care vor fi folosite in toate scolile partenere in viitor: ca noi elemente ale curriculumului precum si ca materiale didactice suport pentru lectii.
Proyecto en el que participan 6 Institutos europeos cuyo principal objetivo es desarrollar en los alumnos competencias en ICT y en el ámbito intercultural. El grupo al que se dirige el proyecto son estudiantes de entre 15-19 años y profesores. El planteamiento de todas las actividades es práctico, y los estudiantes tendrán que conocer todas las características culturales de los países participantes, y que esto a la vez les ayude en su futuro trabajo. Todo se llevará a cabo a través de los conocimientos que tienen en ICT y si es necesario mejorarlos. Los alumnos aprenderán a crear una base de datos, y se acostumbrarán al manejo de la plataforma Moodle. En la website se introducirán las presentaciones en Power Point de los institutos y regiones de origen, así como las business etiquette, los cortometrajes o las entrevistas sobre cuestiones relacionadas con los departamentos de recursos humanos o otros sobre las dificultades interculturales o el márqueting necesario para introducir un producto extranjero en nuestro país. Los profesores preparán clases de "cómo trabajar en el aula competencias interuclturales" y las evaluarán. El uso del Moodle, con la ayuda de herramientas ICT, en el desarrollo de las clases para mejorar el proceso de aprendizaje. Las actividades tendrán como resultado final productos (presentaciones en multimedia como Power Point, cortometrajes, etc. que se encotrarán en el moodle), que podrán ser utilizados en el futuro, como materiales de suporte para profesores.
Това е проект между шест училища в шест европейски държави, чиято цел е да развие уменията на учениците в областта на информационно-комуникационните технологии и техните интеркултурни компетенции. Групата, към която той е насочен, е от ученици на възраст 15-19 години, а също и към учителите. Планира се всички дейности да бъдат с практическа насоченост, така че учениците да опознаят културните характеристики на всяка страна-партньор. След това учениците ще могат да използват тези познания и опит в бъдещата си работа. Всички дейности ще бъдат изпълнени с инструменти от информационните и комуникационните технологии, с които те са запознати, но техните умения ще се подобряват благодарение на използването на нови инструменти. Например учениците ще се научат да създават база данни и уебсайт в Мудъл като обща платформа. Този сайт ще се обновява редовно с резултатите от извършените дейности: презентациите в Пауърпойнт на училищата от проекта, досиета с бизнес етикет на всеки представен от училищата район, интервюта с представители на отдел Човешки ресурси на фирми относно трудности, срещани на интеркултуро ниво, кратки филми за това какво може да се обърка при сключване на сделка, както и концепции при въвеждане и маркетинг на чужд продукт на родния пазар. Учителите ще подготвят планове на уроци на тема Как се преподават интеркултурни компетенции, и ще ги оценяват като създадат досие с добри практически примери. Използването на Мудъл и посещение на уроци, преподадени с технологични средства, ще помогнат на учителите да подобрят собствените си методи на преподаване. Дейностите ще имат като резултат крайни продукти (уеб-сайтове, база с данни, филми, мултимедийни презентации за бизнес етикета, планове на уроци), които ще се използват в училищата на партньорите в бъдеще - като нов елемент в учебната програма и като материали, които ще спомагат в преподаването.
