Introducing Innovation in Micro Enterprises
In 2009, the Introducing Innovation in Micro Enterprises (IIME) Partnership was supported by the Leonardo da Vinci Programme to work with partners across Europe to share practice, discuss problems and compare solutions on innovation within the micro-enterprise sector. The IIME partnership was created with the aim of developing a pilot workshop on Introducing Innovation into SMEs. The workshop was conceived to provide a "journey" for participants; that is to say, the one-day training would be an introduction designed to encourage participants to take personal responsibility for "making progress along the path of innovation" by continuing a series of activities, using innovative tools (including an "Innovation Plan") provided to them by IIME, to produce their own specific and successful innovation(s). The IIME partnership studied approaches to encouraging and stimulating innovation in small businesses in different European countries in order to gauge best practice and discover practical ways of improving innovation training for this target group. As well as leading to the development of the training course (delivered to ten Northern Irish SMEs in Berlin in 2010), a documentary analysis of lessons learned and strong dissemination, the project has built transnational relationships with a view to future collaborative projects, such as Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation or SME mobility projects. The advantage of working at a European level was that partners were able to share their experiences in identifying and addressing the economic challenges faced by regions of the European Union to consider new ways to increase the innovation readiness and competitiveness of micro-enterprises. This inter-regional cooperation gives positive actions which can be taken locally. We have been successful to date in discussing methods of good practice, learning from each other and developing shared models which can be applied internationally as well as inter-regionally.
Einführung von Innovation in Mikrounternehmen
Der Lisbon Council hat für die Europäische Union ein strategisches Ziel gesetzt: die Erreichung einer wettbewerbsfähigen und dynamischen wissensbasierten Wirtschaft. Vor und seit dem Lisbon Council wurde die Notwendigkeit der Schaffung von Innovationen in KMU identifiziert, die überall in der EU zu finden ist. Kein Ziel wirkt direkter auf das EU Programm Lebenslanges Lernen als Bildung, um das Ziel von Lissabon, Europa zu einer wettbewerbsfähigen wissensbasierten Wirtschaft auszubauen. KMU, speziell Mikrounternehmen stehen hier vorn, da sie zu einem nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Wachstum beitragen. Mit Blick auf diese Bedeutung, hat sich die IIME Partnerschaft, das einfache und klare Ziel gesetzt, einen Trainingkurs zur Einführung von Innovation in Mikrounternehmen, zu entwickeln, zu pilotieren und als Workshop durchzuführen. Die IIME Partner werden verschiedene Ansätze zur Förderung und Stimulation von Innovationen in kleinen Unternehmen aus verschiedenen europäischen Ländern studieren, um Best practices zu identifizieren und praktische Wege aufzudecken, um Innovationtraining für diese Zielgruppe zu verbessern. Das Projekt wird neben der Entwicklung des Trainingkurses, der Analyse der Lessons learned länderübergreifende Partnerschaften für zukünftige Projekte aufbauen.
Initiation de l'Innovation dans les Micro Entreprises
En 2009, le Partenariat IIME (Initiation de l'Innovation dans les Micro Entreprises) a bénéficié du soutien du Programme Leonardo da Vinci pour travailler avec des partenaires issus de toute l'Europe afin d'échanger des méthodes, discuter des problèmes et comparer des solutions sur l'innovation dans le secteur de la micro-entreprise. Le partenariat IIME a été créé dans le but de développer un atelier pilote sur l'Introduction de l'Innovation dans les Micro-Entreprises. L'atelier a été conçu pour améliorer le "parcours" des participants, à travers une formation sur une journée comme introduction visant à encourager les participants à assumer personnellement la responsabilité de "progresser sur la voie (de l'innovation)", en poursuivant un ensemble d'activités et en utilisant des outils innovants (dont un "plan pour l'innovation") fournis par IIME, afin qu’ils établissent eux-mêmes leur(s) propre(s) innovation(s) spécifique(s) avec succès.
Introducerea inovarii in microintreprinderi
Consiliul de la Lisabona a stabilit un obiectiv strategic pentru Uniunea Europeană prin care aceasta să devină cea mai competitivă şi mai dinamică economie bazată pe cunoaştere, nu ca un grup de entităţi economice separate, ci ca o regiune transnaţională. Înainte şi după Consiliul de la Lisabona implementarea inovarii în IMM-uri a fost identificata ca o cerinta comună în întreaga Uniune Europeană. Într-adevăr, niciun obiectiv nu contribuie mai direct la programul European de învăţare pe parcursul vieţii, de utilizare a educaţiei pentru a atinge obiectivul de la Lisabona de a face din Europa cea mai competitivă economie bazată pe cunoaştere, asa cum o fac IMM-urile, şi în special micro întreprinderile, acestea fiind plasate în topul creşterilor economice locale. Ca o recunoaştere a acestui fapt, parteneriatul IIME a stabilit un obiectiv clar şi simplu: să dezvolte şi să piloteze un curs de formare in cadrul unui workshop intitulat "Introducerea inovarii în microîntreprinderi". Parteneriatul IIME va studia diferite abordari in ceea ce priveste încurajarea şi stimularea inovării în IMM-uri din diferite ţări europene, cu scopul de a evalua cele mai bune practici şi de a descoperi modalitati practice de îmbunătăţire a formării in domeniul inovarii pentru acest grup ţintă. Proiectul conduce la dezvoltarea cursului de formare, la o analiză complexa a bunelor practici şi o diseminare a acestora, insa in acelasi timp proiectul va sta la baza construirii unor relaţii transnaţionale cu scopul de a realiza proiecte viitoare de colaborare, cum ar fi Leonardo da Vinci Transfer de inovaţie sau proiecte de mobilitate pentru IMM-uri.

Introducing Innovation in Micro Enterprises
The central aim of our IIME project was to develop and then pilot a innovation workshop for micro-enterprises. A program of work and a framework for the pilot program has been developed that utilizes the specialist skills of each of the partners.The delivery of the one-day pilot programe took place in Germany in January 2011 with 10 participants representing 8 micro-enterprises. Principalul scop al proiectului IIME a fost de a dezvolta si pilota un workshop pe tema introducerii inovarii in microintreprinderi. A fost stabilit un program de lucru si un continut al acestuia astfel incat sa fie utilizate competentele fiecarui partener. Pilotarea programului a avut loc in Ianuarie 2011 in Germania cu 10 participanti reprezentand 8 microintreprinderi.
