This Partnership involves institutions active in the field of lifelong learning, specialising on cultural traditions of five European countries: Bulgaria, Estonia, Italy, Spain and Latvia. The aim of this partnership is to develop lifelong learning skills through exchange of divers European rural and urban cultural experiences in attractive and effective networking - between adult and young learners, different types of institutions from participating European countries. Learning each others’ cultural heritage is a powerful tool for fighting exclusion caused by economical and social differences between old and new EU Member States. Involving teachers and professionals of culture enables the organisers to disseminate the knowledge and skills largely in the participating countries. One of main objectives is to involve rural people and encourage them to develop their skills and awareness in European context. Important is an involvement of parents of young people as future adult learners. Of special importance is the preparation of a teacher for presentation of work – a song, a play or a piece of art to the learner that requires specific knowledge and preparation. We live communicating through the art and the awareness in the various characteristics and methods would be favourable for the process of communication. This partnership’s main result will be increased number of encouraged, culturally aware and actively networking learners from different generations of Europeans that are using new tools and methods to improve their professional qualification and better access the labour market. Indirect beneficiaries will be local communities and schools that will be able to attract more adult learners.
Käesolev partnerlus hõlmab asutusi, mis on aktiivsed elukestva õppimise alal, spetsialiseerudes kultuuritraditsioonidele Euroopa maades: Bulgaarias, Eestis, Itaalias, Hispaanias ja Lätis. Selle partnerluse eesmärk on arendada elukestva õppimise oskusi läbi erinevate Euroopa maa- ja linnakultuuri kogemuste vahetamise ja efektiivse võrgustiku - täiskasvanud ja noorte õppijate ning erinevat tüüpi asutuste vahel osalevatest Euroopa maadest. Üksteise kultuuripärandi õppimine on võimas relv võitlemiseks tõrjutusega, mida põhjustavad erinevused majanduslikus ja sotsiaalsfäärides vanades ja uutes Euroopa Liidu maades. Õpetajate ja kultuuriprofessionaalide kaasamine võimaldab organiseerijatel levitada laialdaselt teadmisi ja oskusi osalevates maades. Üks peaeesmärke on kaasa haarata maainimesi ja julgustada neid arendama oma oskusi ja teadlikkust Euroopa kontekstis. Oluline on noorte inimeste kui tulevaste täiskasvanud õppijate lapsevanemate kaasahaaramine. Erilise tähtsusega on õpetaja ettevalmistamine oma töö - laulu, näidendi või kunstitöö esitlemiseks õpilasele, mis nõuab eriteadmisi ja valmistumist. Me elame suhtlemises läbi kunsti ning erinevate omaduste ja meetodite tundmine võiks olla soodustav asjaolu suhtelmisprotsessis. Selle partnerluse peamiseks tulemuseks saab suurenenud arv erinevatest põlvkondadest eurooplastest õppijaid, kes on teadmishimulised, kultuuriliste teadmistega ja aktiivselt võrgustikes osalejad; kes kasutavad uusi töövahendeid ja meetodeid oma tööalase taseme parandamiseks ja paremaks juurdepääsuks tööturule. Kaudsed kasusaajad on kohalikud kogukonnad ja koolid, kes seeläbi saavad endale rohkem täiskasvanud õppijaid.
Questo partenariato coinvolge istituzioni attive nel campo dell'apprendimento permanente, specializzatesi sulle tradizioni culturali di cinque paesi europei: Bulgaria, Estonia, Italia, Spagna e Lettonia. Lo scopo di questa partnership è quello di sviluppare la capacità di apprendimento permanente attraverso lo scambio di diverse esperienze culturali europee rurali e urbane con interessanti ed efficaci scambi in rete - tra studenti adulti e giovani e diversi tipi di istituzioni dei paesi europei partecipanti. L'apprendimento del patrimonio culturale di altri paesi 'è un potente strumento di lotta all'esclusione causata dalle differenze economiche e sociali tra vecchi e nuovi Stati membri dell'UE. Coinvolgere insegnanti e professionisti della cultura consente agli organizzatori di diffondere le conoscenze e le competenze in gran parte nei paesi partecipanti. Uno degli obiettivi principali è quello di coinvolgere la popolazione rurale e incoraggiarla a sviluppare le proprie competenze e consapevolezze nel contesto europeo. Importante è il coinvolgimento dei genitori dei giovani discenti, adulti del futuro. Di particolare importanza è la preparazione di un insegnante per la presentazione dei lavori -una canzone, un gioco o un pezzo d'arte per lo studente che richiede conoscenze specifiche e preparazione. Noi Viviamo comunicando attraverso l'arte e la consapevolezza delle varie caratteristiche e metodi che potrebbero essere favorevoli al processo di comunicazione. Come risultato principale di questa partnership sarà aumentato il numero di invitati, culturalmente consapevoli e studenti attivamente impegnati in rete, provenienti da diverse realtà europee e che utilizzano nuovi strumenti e metodi per migliorare la loro qualificazione professionale e per sviluppare un migliore accesso al mercato del lavoro. I beneficiari indiretti saranno le comunità locali e le scuole che saranno in grado di attirare gli studenti più adulti.
Това партньорство включва институции, работещи в областта на ученето през целия живот, специализирана в културните традиции на пет европейски страни: България, Естония, Италия, Испания и Латвия. Целта на това партньорство е да се развият умения за учене през целия живот чрез обмен на Европейски селски и градски културни преживявания в атрактивни и ефективни мрежи - между възрастни и деца, различни видове институции от участващите европейски страни. Изучаването на културното наследство на другите "е мощен инструмент за борба с изключването, причинени от икономически и социални различия между старите и новите държави-членки на ЕС. С участието на учители и професионалисти на културата се дава възможност на организаторите да разпространяват знания и умения. Една от основните цели е да се включат хора в селските райони и да ги насърчават да развиват своите умения и информираност в европейски контекст. Важно е участието на родителите на младите хора като бъдещи възрастни обучаеми. От особено значение е подготовката на един учител за представяне на работата - песен, пиеса или произведение на изкуството на обучаемия, която изисква специфични знания и подготовка. Ние живеем общуването чрез изкуството и информираността в различни характеристики и методи, ще бъде благоприятна за процеса на комуникация. Основният резултат Това партньорство ще бъде увеличен брой на насърчавани, културно наясно и активно учащи се от различни поколения европейци, които да използват новите инструменти и методи за подобряване на тяхната професионална квалификация и по-добър достъп на пазара на труда. Косвени бенефициенти ще бъдат местните общности и училища, които ще бъдат в състояние да привлекат по-възрастни обучаеми. Всички заедно, повече от 50 обучаващи се възрастни и 25 младежи, взеха участие в различни международни дейности на проект ECHO.
Esta asociación implica a instituciones activas en el ámbito del aprendizaje permanente, que se especializa en las tradiciones culturales de cinco países europeos: Bulgaria, Estonia, Italia, España y Letonia. El objetivo de esta asociación es desarrollar la formación permanente a través del intercambio de experiencias culturales en Europa, tanto en zonas rurales como urbanas, en la creación de redes eficaces y atractivas entre adultos y jóvenes de los diferentes tipos de instituciones de los países europeos participantes. El patrimonio cultural que es el aprendizaje mutuo, es una herramienta poderosa para luchar contra la exclusión causada por las diferencias económicas y sociales entre los antiguos y los nuevos Estados miembros. La participación de profesores y profesionales de la cultura, permite difundir los conocimientos, habilidades y experiencias en los países participantes. Uno de los principales objetivos es involucrar a la población rural y animarles a desarrollar sus habilidades y el conocimiento en el contexto europeo. Es muy importante la participación de los padres de los jóvenes estudiantes, que serán adultos en el futuro. De especial importancia es la preparación de un profesor para la presentación de los trabajos: una canción, una obra literaria o una obra de arte para el estudiante que requiere conocimientos específicos y preparación. Vivir conectados a través del arte y la conciencia de las diversas características y métodos de cada cultura favorece el proceso de comunicación. El principal resultado de esta Asociación será el aumento del número personas animadas consciente y activamente para la creación de redes culturales de alumnos de diferentes generaciones de europeos que están utilizando nuevas herramientas y métodos para mejorar su cualificación profesional y un mejor acceso al mercado laboral. Los beneficiarios indirectos serán las comunidades locales y las escuelas que serán capaces de atraer a más estudiantes adultos.
Partnerībā iesaistījušās mūžizglītības institūcijas, kas specializējušās kultūras mantojuma apgūšanā un popularizēšanā no piecām ES valstīm - Bulgārijas, Igaunijas, Itālijas, Latvijas un Spānijas. Partnerības mērķis ir attīstīt mūžizglītības formas un metodes, kas apvienotu lauku un pilsētu pieredzi kultūras mantojuma popularizēšanā un izveidotu sadarbības tīklu starp dažādām iestādēm un organizācijām projekta dalībvalstīs, lai veicinātu kultūras mantojuma apgūšanu un izmantošanu, lai pārvarētu ekonomiskās un sociālās barjeras un veicinātu ekonomisko izaugsmi dalībvalstīs. Iesaistot skolotājus un kultūras darbiniekus projektā nostiprinātās zināšanas tiek nodotas plašākam lokam pieaugušo izglītībā. Projektā tika iesaistīti cilvēki no lauku teritorijām, veicinot viņu izpratni par Eiropas Savienību un attīstot jaunas prasmes, kā arī jaunieši un viņu vecāki. Īpaša uzmanība tika veltīta skolotāju sagatavošanai darbam ar pieaugušo auditoriju, izmantojot radošas metodes - dziesmas, spēles, dažādus vizuālās un lietišķās mākslas žanrus, lai labāk un aktīvāk iesaistītu pieaugošos zināšanu un jaunu prasmju apgūšanā. Saskarsmei un komunikācijai projektā, lai pārvarētu valodu un pieredžu dažādību un barjeras tika izmantotas dažādas mākslas formas. Projekta rezultātā katrā valstī tika izveidots motivētu, ar starptautiskās kultūras apmaiņas pieredzi bagātinātu indivīdu tīkls, kas prot izmantot radošas metodes darbā ar pieaugušajiem un var izmantot apgūtās prasmes savas profesionālās kvalifikācijas paaugstināšanai un ir labāk sagatavoti darba tirgus prasībām un darbam Eiropas Savienības darba tirgū un ir gatavi dalīties pieredzē Eiropā. Netiešie projekta ieguvēji ir vietējās pašvaldības un izglītības iestādes, kuras ir labāk sagatavotas darbam mūžizglītības jomā. Projekta rezultātā tapa vairāki produkti - gan video materiāli, prezentācijas trīs valodās - angļu, spāņu un itāļu, rokasgrāmata Eiropas festivālu organizētājiem, radošu darbnīcu apraksti u.c.
