"Help of Disadvantaged Women to Gain Revenue Generating New Vocational Skills"
It is a necessity to expand economic and moral capacity of women because development of family and community life is depends on the education of women. As indicated in the 9th development plan, in all associations and foundations, in master and doctoral thesis, in local and national press, in public and private organizations’ reports, the development of the education level of women is a necessity to increase their participation in to the economic and social life. Disadvantaged women are in the economic, cultural and social insufficiency. Unemployment, less vocational education makes these people hopeless. Our project covers the women who migrate from rural area to city and describing themselves as inactive, want to take part in social and economic life actively and live in peace with themselves. This partnership is aiming to bring the target group to carry on an economic activity not only as a consumer but also contributing to their society as a productive member. We want to examine different implementations in the field of vocational education in EU countries, to compare them and to apply useful educational methods and techniques after making comparison among EU countries participating in our international project. With this partnership, our project provides important opportunities and benefits not only to Turkey but also to EU, to improve European Value, to provide speed to intercultural interaction and European Integration.

kadınların ekonomik ve kişisel kapasitelerini geliştirmek bir gerekliliktir,çünkü ailenin ve sosyal hayatın gelişimi kadının eğitimine bağlıdır. 9. Kalkınma planında bütün kuruluşlarda master ve doktora tezlerinde yerel ve ulusal basında kamu ve özel organizasyonların raporlarında bahsedildiği gibi kadınların eğitim seviyesini artırmak onların ekonomik ve sosyal hayata katılımlarını artırmak gereklidir. Dezavantajlı Kadınlar ekonomik kültürel ve sosyal yoksulluk içindedir. İşsizlik yetersiz mesleki Eğitim bu insanları umutsuzlaştırmaktadır.Projemiz köyden kente göç eden kendini işe yaramaz işsiz sayan sosyal ve ekonomik hayata aktif bir şekilde katılarak kendiyle barışık yaşamak isteyen kadınları içermekte/kapsamaktadır. Bu ortaklığın amacı bu grup kadınları sadece tüketici değil fakat sosyal hayatta üretici birer birey haline getirecek bir ekonomik faaliyeti sürdürecek seviyeye getirmektir. Bizler Mesleki Eğitimin AB ülkelerindeki farklı uygulamalarını incelemek,kıyaslamak ve bunun sonucundada faydalı eğitim metod ve tekniklerini uygulamayı amaç edinmekteyiz. Bu ortaklık ile projemiz Avrupa katma değerini artırmak kültürler arası etkileşime hız kazandırmak ve Avrupa entegrasyonu açısından sadece Türkiye için değil aynı zamanda AB ülkeleri içinde büyük bir ayrıcalık ve fayda sağlayacaktır.
Help of Disadvantaged Women to Gain Revenue Generating New Vocational Skills
Hintergrund des Projekts Frauen aus einem sozial schwachen Umfeld sind nach wie vor erheblichen Benachteiligungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt ausgesetzt. Sie sind von Arbeitslosigkeit betroffen und verfügen meist über unzureichende Qualifikationen, die ihnen die Teilnahme am sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Leben erschweren. Vor allem Frauen, die aus ländlichem Räumen in die urbanen Zentren migrieren, stellen eine besonders benachteilige Gruppe dar. Aus volkswirtschaftlicher Sicht erscheint es opportun, Möglichkeiten und Wege zu finden, diese Zielgruppen in die Arbeitswelt zu integrieren. Darüber hinaus ist die Integration von benachteiligten Frauen eine gesellschaftspolitische Aufgabe, da die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter der Schlüssel zur Überwindung von Armut ist. Zielsetzung Das Projekt "I’m here" ist eine Lernpartnerschaft im Rahmen des EU-Programms GRUNDTVIG und hat zum Ziel, einen internationalen Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen Einrichtungen der Berufsbildung zum Thema zu initieren. Dabei geht es um die Frage, wie man den verschiedenen Gruppen benachteiligter Frauen den Weg zu gleichberechtigter Partizipation am wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Leben ebnet. Der Fokus liegt ganz besonders auf der Integration und Unterstützung von Frauen in der beruflichen Bildung. Es geht um die Fragen, welche Schwierigkeiten benachteiligte Frauen haben, sich auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu platzieren und welche Lösungsansätze es in den Ländern der Projektpartner gibt. Dadurch soll ein Bewusstsein für die Bedürfnisse und Schwierigkeiten der Zielgruppe geschaffen und adäquate Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Situation zu erörtert werden. Le développement des capacités économiques et moral des femmes est une nécessité et dépend de l'éducation des femmes dans le cadre de l'évolution de la vie familiale et communautaire. Comme indiqué dans le 9ème plan de développement, dans toutes les associations et fondations, dans les thèses doctorales, dans la presse locale et nationale, dans les rapports des organisations publiques et privées, le développement du niveau d'éducation des femmes est une nécessité pour accroître leur participation à la vie économique et sociale. Les femmes de milieu défavorisé sont insuffisamment impliquées dans les sphères économiques, sociales et culturelles. Le chômage, le faible niveau éducatif crééent des situations de désespoir pour ces personnes. Notre projet s'intéresse aux femmes qui ont quitté une zone rurale pour une ville et se désignent elles-mêmes comme inactives, mais veulent prendre part aux activités sociales et économiques et vivre en paix avec elles-mêmes. Le partenariat consiste à créer des groupes pilote et les porter vers une activité économique, pour contribuer à la société comme membre productif et non seulement comme consommateur. Nous voulons observer différentes applications dans le champ des savoirs faire dans les pays d'Europe pour les comparer et retenir les méthodes et techniques d'éducation les plus performantes, après avoir observé les différentes propositions des pays européens participant à notre projet international. Grâce à ce partenariat, notre projet apporte d'importantes possibilités et bénéfices non seulement à la Turquie mais aussi à l'Europe, pour améliorer les valeurs européennes, renforcer les échanges interculturels et l'intégration européenne.

Diğer toplantı tarihleri ve yerleri kararlaştırıldı. Toplantıda projenin güçlü ve zayıf yönleri konuşularak değerlendirildi.Türk,Fransız ve Alman Mesleki Eğitimleri hakkında bilgiler alındı. We visited National Educational Directorate with our partners. We gave information to our partners about vocational educational organizations in our city. We gave small gifts to our partners as a memory of Kayseri-Turkey meeting. Directorate of National Education announced our project. Projects outputs were shared with partners. Kayseri İl Milli Eğitim Müdürü ziyaret edildi,yerel basında yer aldı..Proje ürünü dosya ve afiş verildi. Yetişkin Eğitimi veren atölyelerimizdeki çalışmalar ve yapılan ürünler sunum ve sergilerle tanıtıldı.Bu proje kapsamında açılan yetişkin eğitimi iyileştirme kurslarının çalışmalarından örnekler sergi ve slaytlar halinde gösterildi. Dezavantajlı 100 kadına uygulanmak üzere anketler hazırlandı,uygulandı ve değerlendirildi. Değerlendirme sonucunda 12 dezavantajlı kadından pilot grup oluşturuldu. Beceri ve isteklerine göre Mesleki Eğitimlere başlandı. Koordinatör kurum;Afiş ve dosya proje çıktısı olarak tasarlandı ve bastırıldı.Bu ürünler Kayseri Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü,Kaymek ve STK lara gönderildi.
