Main objectives of the project are transfer, improvement, updating of competences, methods and practices within the scope of analysis of employees’ vocational needs, aiming at specifying deficit areas in employees’ abilities by stating the difference between actual and required level of their competences. A significant emphasis will be given to the exchange of experience concerning methods and tools used in vocational needs analysis, taking into account two groups: managing directors of companies, responsible for training, motivation and lifelong learning promotion, and personnel of companies making use of the market offer of training companies. A special attention will be given to experience exchange concerning methods of identification the objectives and needs on 4 levels: organisation, team, individual and environment. In order to achieve objectives, there are 5 partner organisations with various profiles – from training centres and consulting companies to institutions with scope of activities close to regional development agencies, with different cultural background and professional experience. Partners come from: Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and Poland. The project will result in publishing a manual (in English and in Partners’ native languages) basing on elaborated material within 4 main areas of the project, focusing on tools and methods of vocational needs analysis.
