The InterActs Learning Partnership will undertake to 1. produce digital audio/video resources in a minimum of six languages to support adult language learners at beginner to intermediate levels 2. share existing resources and good practice The resources will ultimately be used in the classroom and/or to deliver online support to adult language learners. The digital resources will be created in four stages: 1. identification of common topics/themes and related vocabulary and phrases 2. role-play writing 3. role-play recordings 4. CD creation and uploading onto partner organisations’ intranets/VLE/websites Although some resources exist on the internet and in CD format to support language-learning, they do not meet all the needs of learners: to acquire a language, adult learners need resources which are closely matched to what they learn in class; they need a lot of repetition to acquire and retain language, but at the same time they need variety and stimulation to sustain motivation. By creating a variety of resources which closely match course content, we will enhance and hasten the learning process. The availability of these resources online will support learners who may have to miss class for a variety of reasons as well as providing revision and reinforcement for all learners.

Le partenariat InterActs a pour mission de 1. Produire des ressources digitales audio/video dans au moins 6 langues pour soutenir les apprenants en langues adultes des niveaux débutants à intermédiaires 2. Partager les ressources existantes et les bonnes pratiques. Les ressources seront ensuite utilisées en classe et/ou mises à disposition en ligne pour les apprenants adultes. Les ressources digitales seront créées en quatre étapes : 1. Identification des thèmes et sujets généraux et du vocabulaire et expressions s'y rapportant 2. Ecriture de scenarii 3. Enregistrement des scenarii 4. Création d'un CD et téléchargement sur les sites internet/intranet/plate formes VLE des organisations partenaires. Bien que des ressources existent déjà sur internet et sur CD pour soutenir l'apprentissage des langues, elles ne répondent pas à tous les besoins des apprenants : pour acquérir une langue, les apprenants adultes ont besoin de ressources qui coïncident étroitement avec ce qu'ils apprennent en classe ; ils doivent répéter beaucoup pour acquérir et retenir une langue, mais dans le même temps ils ont besoin de variété et de stimulation pour maintenir leur motivation. En créant une variété de ressources qui correspondent étroitement au contenu du cours, nous allons renforcer et accélérer le processus d'apprentissage. La disponibilité de ces ressources en ligne aidera les apprenants qui pour différentes raisons auront manqué le cours, et permettra à tous les apprenants de réviser et de renforcer leur apprentissage.
Die InterActs Lernpartnerschaft wird 1. Digitale Audio/Video Dateien in mindestens 6 Sprachen produzieren um erwachsene Sprachenlerner zu unterstützen (Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene) 2. existierende Dateien und erfolgreiche Übungen austauschen. Die Dateien werden im Unterricht und/oder der online Unterstützung angewendet werden. Die digitalen Dateien werden in 4 Schritten erstellt. 1. Festlegung eines allgemeinen Themas und den damit verbundenen Vokabeln und Sätzen. 2. schriftliches Rollenspiel 3. aufgenommenes Rollenspiel 4. Erstellung einer CD und heraufladen auf die Intranetverbindungen/VLE/Websites der Partnerorganisationen. Obwohl einige Dateien zum Sprachenerwerb im Internet oder auf CD verfügbar sind, entsprechen sie nicht allen Ansprüchen der Lernenden: um eine Sprache zu lernen brauchen Erwachsene Quellen die auf den Unterricht angepasst sind, sie brauchen viele Wiederholungen zur Festigung der Sprachkenntnisse aber gleichzeitig soll Abwechslung die Motivation aufrecht erhalten. Durch die Erstellung einer Vielzahl von Dateien die den Unterrichtsinhalten entsprechen werden wir den Lernprozeß verbessern und beschleunigen. Die online Verfügbarkeit dieser Dateien wird die Lernenden unterstützen, die möglicherweise den Unterricht aus irgendwelchen Gründen verpasst haben und gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit zur Wiederholung und Festigung für alle Lernenden bieten.

El partenariado de aprendizaje Interacts llevará a cabo lo siguiente: 1. producción de recursos en formato audio/video digital en un mínimo de seis idiomas para apoyar a los estudiantes adultos de nivel principiante a intermedio. 2. compartir los recursos existentes y la buena práctica Los recursos serán utilizados en el aula y/o enviados por via electrónica a los alumnos adultos Los recursos digitales serán creados en cuatro fases: 1. Identificación de temas communes y vocabulario relacionado 2. Escritura de role-play (juegos de rol?/diálogos?) 3. Grabación de los mismos 4. Creación de CDs y descarga en la intranet de los miembros de la organización/VLE/páginas Web Aunque ya existen algunos recursos para apoyar el aprendizaje de lenguas en internet y en formato CD, no cubren todas las necesidades de los estudiantes: para aprender una lengua, los estudiantes adultos necesitan recursos directamente relacionados con lo que aprenden en clase; asimismo necesitan mucha repetición para adquirir y retener nuevas estructuras/vocabulario, pero al mismo tiempo necesitan variedad y estímulos para mantener su motivación. Con la creación de una gran variedad de recursos directamente relacionados con los contenidos del curso realzaremos y aceleraremos el proceso de aprendizaje La disponibilidad de estos recursos online apoyará a los alumnos que tengan que faltar a clase por cualquier circunstancia y también servirá como revisión y consolidación para todos ellos.
