Our specific objective is to look at how we can improve our lifestyles. We will share experiences within the partner countries about our different activities, cultures and localities. The children will cooperate and exchange ideas to achieve these aims and they will be encouraged to have ownership of the project. We will be developing an understanding of what a Healthy Lifestyle is and identifying good practices in each of the countries. We will explore outdoor activities in each country, which enhance a Healthy Lifestyle. The use of I.C.T. will be a key communication tool in the project. Our end products will be:- • a joint project website, to facilitate working for all partner schools • a recipe book with recipes for Healthy Eating called "Healthy Eating in Europe". • a D.V.D. including power point presentations from each school depicting activities around the project. • a guide from each school to show the variety of activities, within their locality, which can promote a Healthy Lifestyle.
Mūsu projekta galvenais mērķis ir dzīvesveida uzlabošanas iespējas. Mēs iepazīstinājām partnervalstis ar savām aktivitātēm, kultūru un dzīvesvietu. Lai sasniegtu projekta mērķus, ieinteresējām bērnus līdztiesīgi darboties, kooperēties un dalīties ar savām idejām. Mēs attīstījām izpratni par veselīgu dzīvesveidu un noskaidrosim veselīga dzīvesveida vērtības katrā no valstīm. Mēs izpētījām katras valstis aktivitātes svaigā gaisā, kuras uzlabo veselīgu dzīvesveidu. IT bija svarīgākais komunikācijas līdzeklis projekta īstenošanā. Galarezultāti: • Kopīga projekta mājaslapa, lai atvieglotu un veicinātu sadarbību starp partnerskolām. • Recepšu grāmata „A Rainbow of Recipes”, kurā iekļautas receptes ar veselīgiem ēdieniem no katras skolas. • Katras skolas prezentācijas ieraksts power point programmā DVD formātā, kurā interpretētas aktivitātes projektu laikā. • Ideju grāmata no katras skolas, kurā ir atspoguļotas dažādas aktivitātes, kas uzlabo veselīgu dzīvesveidu. • Spēļu grāmata „A Rainbow of Games”, kura iekļautas 2 spēles no katras skolas. • Katra skola iestādīja pupiņas un vēroja tās augšanas laikā. • Plakāti no katras skolas par veselīgo dzīvesveidu.

Głównym celem naszego projektu było zbadanie jak można poprawić nasz stylu życia. Wymieniliśmy się doświadczeniami z krajami partnerskimi na temat różnych zajęć związanych z tematem projektu, a także wiadomościami o naszych kulturach i regionach, w których mieszkamy. Uczniowie współpracowali ze sobą i dzielili się pomysłami jak osiągnąć założone cele. Dążyliśmy do pełnej aktywizacji dzieci w czasie realizacji zadań projektu. Istotne było rozwijanie znajomości pojęcia „zdrowy styl życia” oraz wymiana innowacyjnymi, odkrywczymi i skutecznymi sposobami prowadzenia zdrowego stylu życia. Przyjrzeliśmy się zajęciom pozalekcyjnym, mającymi znaczący wpływ na poprawę zdrowego stylu życia. Technologia komputerowa była głównym kanałem komunikacyjnym w naszym projekcie. Produktami końcowymi są : - wspólna strona internetowa www.comenius.cba.pl, na której znajdują się informacje o wszystkich aktywnościach związanych z projektem, - książka kucharska z przepisami na zdrowe posiłki zatytułowana "The rainbow of recipes" ("Tecza przepisów"), - DVD zawierające prezentacje w programie „Power point” przedstawiające realizację zadań związanych z projektem z każdej szkoły. Mieszczą się na niej przepisy z książki kucharskiej, gry dziecięce, plakaty i inne aktywności. - broszura z popularnymi grami dzięcięcymi zatytułowana "The rainbow of games" ("Tęcza gier") - plakaty promujące zdrowy styl życia
Vårt syfte är att titta på hur vi kan öka känslan av livskvalitet hos våra elever. Vi vill dela upplevelser med våra partner skolor om olika aktiviteter, kulturer och miljöer. Barnen får samarbeta och utbyta idéer för att nå dessa mål. Vi uppmuntrar barnen till att äga detta projekt, vi vill arbeta elevaktivt. Vi vill skapa en förståelse av vad Hälsosam livsstil är och dela med oss av goda exempel från varje land. Vi ska genomföra utomhusaktiviteter, som syftar till god hälsa, i varje land. Vi skall främst kommunicera via IT och brev. Våra slutprodukter ska vara en - gemensam web-sida för partnerskolorna. - recept-bok för hälsosam mat. - Power point presentation från varje skola. - Bok av Utomhusaktiviteter, som stimulerar till hälsosam livsstil, från varje skola.
Temel amacımız yaşamımızı nasıl geliştireceğimiz sorusunu yanıtlamaktır. Ortak okullarla farklı aktivitelerimizi ve kültürümüzü paylaşmak temel işimizdir. Öğrenciler bu amaçlara ulaşmak için işbirliği yapar ve projeyi sahiplenmeleri için güdülendirilirler. Sağlıklı Yaşam'ın ne olduğu ve her ülkede ne şekilde hayat bulacağı konusu işlenilir. Her ortak ülke sağlıklı yaşamı destekleyen aktivitelerini tanıtır. Bilgisayar teknolojileri projenin temel iletişim aracıdır. Temel proje çıktılarımız: *tüm ortak okulların erişim sağlayabilceği bir web sitesi *Sağlıklı yaşamı ve sağlıklı beslenmeyi amaç edinen bir yemek tarifi kitabı *Sağlıklı yaşamı amaç edinen bir oyun/aktivite kitabı *Proje süresince yapılan her türlü aktiviteyi içeren bir DVD
Il partnariato ha avuto come scopo principale quello di suscitare consapevolezza della possibilità di una qualità di vita migliore attraverso l'apprendimento permanente, con particolare riguardo a: - sviluppare e comprendere che cosa significhi uno stile di vita salutare. - esere consapevoli di cosa significhi essere un cittadino europeo che sappia identificare buone pratiche in ogni paese. - esplorare e confrontare ambienti europei che ci rendano capaci di promuovere ed incoraggiare iniziative volte ad uno stile di vita salutare - esplorar le attività all'aperto tipiche di ogni paese che favoriscono la salue e diventare consapevoli delle differenze e analogie geografiche storiche e culturali che deteminano le scelte di vita. - promuovere l'uso delle tecnologie informatiche come strumento per aumentare per migliorare le capacità le abilità comunicative di tutti i partecipanti - incoraggiare i bambini ad avere parte in causa nel progetto - sviluppare la comprensione, il valore e l'apprendimento delle lingue europee, sviluppare gli scambi culturali così come la corrispondenza personale tra bambini provenienti da paesi diversi che frequentano scuole in località molto diverse in tutta l'Europa assicurarsi l'inclusione e la partecipazione di bambini con speciali bisogni educativi e anche di quelli particolarmente dotati in tutte le attività del progetto. Estrema consapevolezza di cosa significhi essere mebri della comunità europea cosa significhi visitare paesi partner e percepire amicizia ed empatia attraverso questo progetto, cosa significa essere cittadino Europeo che si assume responsabilità diretta in scelte che tendono ad un vivere salutare, cosa significa essere consapevoli che una comunicazione efficace possa stabilire relazioni positivi attraverso i confini internazionali, lingue culture diverse, ma nella piena consapevolezza che siamo tutti cittadini Europei. il progetto si è pienamente inserito nelle attività curriculari delle scuole
