We will develop the children's imagination, creativity and communication skills through the medium of media and we collaborative use of ICT. We will use: multi-media, sound, video and the written word. We will celebrate the differences and similarities of those involved. As a result the knowledge and understanding of all pupils, staff and parents involved will increase as will their critical awareness of how media influences us. The project will be fully inclusive and develop learning opportunities for all including those with special needs including gifted and talented. Outcomes will be placed on a common website, available throughout local and regional communities. E-twinning will be used as a tool for this project. At the end of the project all the participants will have: I. a greater knowledge and understanding, and tolerance, of the different countries, cultures, languages and diversity; II. increased their language (including understanding of MFL), communication and ICT skills; III. raised their self-esteem, levels of achievement; IV. developed positive cross-European relationships; In addition staff will have: 1. improved their pedagogical skills; 2. improved their leadership and management skills through curriculum innovation; And 1. there will be greater parental involvement in the child's learning through interaction.
