    Our purpose with the Learning Partnership is to foster the use of new technologies as a means to achieve social and professional integration. How? Through a programme of digital literacy reusing and recycling computers, developing a global programme to promote both the social integration of disfavoured groups and solidarity by providing computers and training on how to use them. The project's methodology involves the planned combination of technical resources providing recycled computers, development and training with contents that follow the eventual users' needs and the generation of campaigns aimed at gaining social and professional development with ICT. Our goal is to shorten the digital breach through the organized distribution of computers which are fully equipped with contents adapted to the users the programme is aimed at, with educational improvements and with the cooperation of the communities where these technical resources will be set. We will try to recycle computers trying new pedagogical approaches with disabled students for their social and professional integration with the help of new technologies. Besides, we will create a guide to “Good Manners” to make the educational community conscious of the importance of recycling their own computers instead of disposing of them. We will try to stimulate the need to recycle computers studying the fatal impact of computer components on the environment. A very ambitious global programme is developed this way to cater for the social integration of disfavoured groups (disabled, economically or socially disfavoured groups, parents, immigrants, non-profit organizations, women's associations) through the provision of computers and training on their use. Besides we will try to foster and stimulate environmental education through computer recycling. This way a social and environmental task is achieved.
